the Sun shines. Okay. Let's take a look at the note here. This quote by Ben Franklin

is a warning to be aware of and be wary of. Aware of meaning you realize it. Know

it and be wary of it. You know be careful of it.

Be wary of fair-weathered friends. All right.  A fairweather friend is a good noun phrase

in itself. That's a type of friend that you might think is not really a true

friend. They want to be your friend only when times are good. So that's what

he's saying. He's warning you about a fair-weather friend. Okay, A fair-weather

friend is the type of friend that will only be around and want to spend time

with you when things are going well. So basically it means when the sun is shining.

When things are going well. Everybody's happy. No problems. They are there. They

are still around. Okay, As soon as you have real problems and need their  help,  he or
