Rian, have you ever been to the Jiangjyunhou Music Festival? Rian，你去過將軍吼音樂祭嗎？

Yes! Summer is the time for some rock 'n' roll! 有啊！夏天就是要去搖滾一下！

That's right! Rock 'n' roll in summer, and seafood feasts in winter! 沒錯！夏天搖滾，冬天吃海鮮！

I thought seafood festivals are usually in summer? 海鮮節不都在夏天嗎？

In fact, you can eat seafood in Taiwan all year around.  其實在臺灣一年四季都吃得到海鮮

You eat different seafood in different seasons though. 但是不同季節吃的重點就不一樣啦！

The season for seafood falls mainly in autumn and winter.  海鮮盛產期差不多在秋冬

For example, crabs in autumn are usually the largest and most delicious.  像是螃蟹就要秋天吃最肥美！

In addition, autumn is also the season for scallops. 貝類也是秋天盛產

If you go to a fishing harbor in winter,  冬天到漁港

you'll see people starting to dry the dorsal meat of milkfish and mullet roe. 你會發現開始有人曬虱目魚領或者烏魚子

Wow! I only know that there are fish,  哇！我只知道一年四季都有

shrimps and scallops all year around,  魚蝦貝類

but I never know the details! 倒是不清楚這些細節！

Yeah! Seafood that is in season is especially large and delicious.  是啊！當季的海產特別肥美鮮甜

You can enjoy it without seasoning. 不用特別調味就非常好吃

Wow! I'm already drooling! 哇！我都快流口水了！

Indeed! Even a single place in Tainan  所以啊！臺南同一個地區

is worth-visiting in different seasons of the year. 不同季節都有值得去的理由

By the way, there are more than rock 'n' roll  對了 將軍不是只有搖滾電音

and seafood in Jiangjyun District. 和海鮮喔

Fang-yuan Art Museum in Jiangjyun is a very special architecture.  將軍有一間方圓美術館建築蠻有特色

You can find a lot of early day artifacts there. 也展示了許多早期的文物喔

In addition, the Kapok Boulevard in Jiangjyun is also widely known. 對了 將軍的木棉花道也非常有名

Jiangjyun is home to cotton. 將軍也是棉花的故鄉喔
