Well, you're in for a treat!

It's creamy, super easy to make, and will keep you cozy during those cold Winter nights.

In a medium saucepan stir together 3 1/2 cups of milk, you can use whole milk, half & half,

soy milk, any kind of milk will do in this recipe.

1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Simmer and stir over medium-low heat until the white hot chocolate comes together.

But don't let it boil, you don't want the white chocolate to seize.

After it comes together remove from the heat and serve immediately.

I like to top this with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of either cocoa powder, cinnamon,

or nutmeg.

It's so warm and delicious.
