  • Let's make the Healthy Black Sesame Smoothie.

  • Peel the banana,

  • divide it in half and place it into the blender.

  • Add the soymilk,

  • a nutritious, anti-aging soybean product.

  • You can substitute regular milk if you like.

  • Add the ground black sesame seeds,

  • which have both dietary and anti-aging benefits.

  • Add honey to taste.

  • Finally, drop in about 3 to 4 ice cubes,

  • cover with a lid

  • and turn on the blender.

  • When the banana is completely blended, it is ready to serve.

  • Remove the glass pitcher from the blender and pour the smoothie into a glass.
