Use a tool that has a thin edge : blade, pin, exacto, sculpting tool...

Remember, gyoza have pleats just on one side

Smooth down the pleats with a small ball ended tool.

Bake the gyoza, and make a mold using a silicone putty.

This is for the fried gyoza which have a crispy browned side.

After baking, add some extra acrylic paint for more crispness

Add a layer of varnish, as fried gyoza are very shiny.
