  • Hey, if you are like me, you have a hard time finding time to exercise everyday. Well right

  • now, I'm doing my homework. So while I'm doing my homework, I can certainly stop and take

  • notes if he says something important. But, I'm jumping on my mini tramp. It gives me

  • a chance to exercise while I'm doing my homework or while I'm watching TV. Killing two birds

  • with one stone. Now the rebounding is super powerful for the sense that it realigns my

  • spine when I jump. It also increases my core muscles while it improves my lymphatic system,

  • circulates the blood through my body. I'm burning calories and releasing endorphins,

  • all at the same time. So, if you have a hard time finding time to

  • exercise, grab a little mini tramp and put it in front of the TV, so that when you sit

  • down to actually watch TV, you're not just sitting there like a couch potato, you're

  • actually burning a few calories. Now it doesn't have to be a mini tramp, you can actually

  • do Yoga on the floor, you can do curls, you can do crunches (ab crunches), you can do

  • push ups, whatever it is. But utilize the time in front of the TV for a little bit of

  • exercise. Give it a try, you'll kill two birds with one stone, and it's a good idea.
