  • Nintendo has revealed updated sales figures for its biggest games on DS, 3DS, Wii, and

  • Wii U.

  • These numbers come as part of Nintendo's latest financial report and were released alongside

  • current hardware sales which showed the original Wii is closing in on 100 million units sold.

  • The Wii U has so far managed three and a half million.

  • The following game sales numbers represent worldwide sales including games bundled with

  • hardware as of March 31, 2013.

  • On Wii U, Nintendo Land has sold 2.6 million units and New Super Mario Bros. U has sold

  • 2.2 million.

  • On 3DS, three titles have sold over five million copies: Super Mario 3D Land with 8.3 million,

  • Mario Kart 7 with 8 million, and New Super Mario Bros. 2 with 6.4 million.

  • Animal Crossing: New Leaf has already sold 3.9 million copies, and it hasn't even been

  • released outside of Japan, yet.

  • Here you can see some of the other 3DS sales figures Nintendo released.

  • Now on the original Wii is where the real sales are. Wii Sports, which was obviously

  • bundled with the system, has moved 82 million copies.

  • As for games sold on their own, Mario Kart Wii has sold 34 million copies and Wii Sports

  • Resort 32 million.

  • Finally, on the original DS, New Super Mario Bros. is Nintendo's best-selling game with

  • 30 million copies sold.
