It will be a new year soon, have you made any New Year resolutions?

I have made a few.

What are they, if you don’t mind me asking?

I don’t mind.

Be more active, eat healthier and continue to grow my business.

Wow, they sound like excellent resolutions.

I think so, what are your resolutions?

My plan is to also be more active and eat healthier.

I’m going to run a marathon next year.

Wow, a marathon, that’s ambitious.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to the challenge.
