Hi, my name is Christopher Smith and I’ll be arriving in a few days and

I would like to confirm my reservation.

Certainly Mr. Smith, when will you be arriving?

I arrive Thursday and will be staying for seven nights.

Okay, I’ll check that for you. Yes, I have you here in our system.

Thank you, that’s a relief.

You’re welcome Mr. Smith, is there anything else I can help you with? An airport transfer perhaps?

Actually, that might be helpful. How much does a transfer cost?

For $30 a driver will collect you from either

the domestic or international airport and bring you straight to the hotel.

That sounds great, I will take the transfer.
