I occasionally go for a run around the Imperial palace in Tokyo.

Okay, what types of exercise we've got here?

I was looking at this one, it was Bonjour Hussain.

I saw one walking, jogging and Pilates loads here.

Jogging, running, swimming, cycling, volleyball, football.

Lots of different sports and exercise there.

We've got, I think is that Anna from Ukraine.

Oh, and Angela saying every week they go running in the city centre with other people.

Well, I started trying to think of some words that we could look at.

We're also going to look at some vocabulary that's more about how you describe the exercise you do.

So we get some words to help you talk about the kinds of exercise you do.

So I thought these were some of the things you might mention.

I've seen some of these in the comments already.

We had team sports, so team sports Football, probably the most famous one.

We've got rugby you could have as a team sport, hockey, cricket.

Lots of people talking in the office about cricket today.

It's a big tournament happening in Australia.

Jogging, that's a kind of running that you do.

That's maybe a little bit slower than running.

You could do it round the Imperial palace in Tokyo if you want to.

I didn't see anyone mention these ones, but water sports, things like sailing, things like surfing also.

Again, I haven't seen them in the comments, but there's so many comments I might have missed.

So that's things like judo, karate, jiu jitsu, lots of different kinds of exercise.

Lots of people do exercise like that as well.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that earlier.

I think it's a little bit small, so I'll go smaller and that's nice and big.

Now you might not know these expressions.

Don't worry if you don't know them now because by the end of the lesson you'll know them really well.
