Right now I'm at Nara Park which is home to Japan's cute and friendly deer.

As you can see there are tons roaming around and this is because they actually live here and one really cool activity when you come here and must try is giving them these special senbei which are like deer crackers and I'm gonna actually buy some and give it a go because it's fun and I'm a little nervous because they can sometimes be a bit too hungry but let's try it.

We'll be spending a few days exploring the best Nara city has to offer from must-try local street food to historic temples and even a buddhist temple stay.

All right I've got my crackers these are called shika senbei which literally translates to deer crackers and I actually got a lot for 200 yen you get 10 and I have to find 10 deer to feed these two because at the moment there are so many tourists that they're not even hungry so you'll see a lot of crackers just lying around but I think if I head to the kind of outskirts of the place is huge it's literally massive so so there should be a deer out over there that is still hungry and hasn't been fed yet but we're gonna have to look far and wide.
