  • I think we all struggle with saying I'll do it later or I'll do it tomorrow till we realize it's almost the end of the year and we're not even close to where we imagine we'd be.

  • So what would happen if I did all the things that I've been putting off for months in just 24 hours?

  • Okay so first of all here are all the things I want to do to have a live glow up.

  • On my list we have things like waking up early, going to the gym two times a week or lowering my screen time.

  • And now the way to turn these goals into reality is by making a plan.

  • So I made the ultimate routine on how to get my life together in just one day.

  • Oh my god it's way too early.

  • First on the list is waking up at 6 a.m.

  • Because the past few days I've been waking up super late so this helps me to get my sleep schedule together instantly.

  • So what I always see is that people do their skincare in the morning.

  • So that's what we're going to do now.

  • Next is gua sha.

  • I've seen like people do this on TikTok and their faces got super snatched and defined.

  • So yeah let's try gua sha for the first time.

  • I feel so fancy doing this.

  • So that is the skincare routine all done.

  • Let's go on to breakfast.

  • So now we're going to the gym and I'm so excited for this because I always wanted to know how does it feel to go to the gym at 7 a.m.

  • Like people that do this I think genuinely have their life together.

  • So let's try it out.

  • It feels so wrong to be here.

  • What am I doing here?

  • So I was still very tired in the beginning but I decided to put on a show on Netflix and watch that while running on a treadmill and that made everything immediately so much more fun.

  • And I gotta say being in a gym that early makes me feel like I'm prioritizing myself.

  • Like it is giving discipline.

  • It is giving she's having her life together.

  • I feel so energized.

  • So that girl.

  • The last thing on the morning routine is journaling.

  • I want to try out some of these cute journal prompts I found on Pinterest.

  • So let's decorate my new journal together and try these journal prompts.

  • First I'm trying this brain dump method where you write down your negative thoughts and I have to say just writing them down instantly cleared my mind.

  • So I highly recommend this method.

  • And after that I did a love letter with things that boost my mood.

  • Like nice comments I got on social media.

  • Texts from my friends.

  • My favorite lyrics.

  • Good memories.

  • And this just made me so grateful for all the things I currently have in my life.

  • So yeah journaling in the morning really got me in the perfect mindset to start the day.

  • This was definitely the most productive morning routine I've ever had.

  • And I already feel like a brand new person.

  • So now it's time for the glow up.

  • If I look like the best version of myself that will motivate me to act like the best version of myself.

  • So I bought some things to transform into my best self.

  • Okay first of all Hannah.

  • I've seen people making the cutest freckles and also contouring their face with Hannah.

  • So I want to try this out.

  • I just hope that this doesn't turn out like in Naomi John's video.

  • This is a total disaster.

  • It's crossing my fingers.

  • Can you see I tried to contour my nose.

  • So the freckles are super light right now.

  • This is what we got.

  • Could have been better.

  • Could have been worse.

  • Next we got whitening strips.

  • The thing is whitening strips aren't really good for your teeth.

  • So natural methods like oil pulling or turmeric paste is way better.

  • But to have instant results we're gonna use these today.

  • Now I'm going to do my eyebrows.

  • I found this filter on TikTok which shows you the perfect brow for your face.

  • And the results to this filter look so good afterwards.

  • So I want to try this out as well.

  • Oh my god.

  • Can you see the difference?

  • Like this is way more lifted now.

  • My brows look so good now.

  • It's all in our time to remove these.

  • Oh my god.

  • My teeth never been this white.

  • Damn.

  • It's time to do the makeup.

  • And I want to recreate this makeup style.

  • Because I feel like that's just what my next little self would wear.

  • I'm so in love with the eye look.

  • I'm definitely gonna recreate this more often.

  • Now it's time for the hair.

  • My hair is already dead like.

  • Lastly the outfit.

  • I feel so cute right now.

  • Like the freckles, the makeup, the fit.

  • Not that I look like the best version of myself.

  • I've been putting off making videos on TikTok and Instagram for months.

  • And the reason for that is that I wanted to switch up my content.

  • Less DIYs and more talking videos.

  • But that kind of scared me.

  • I guess I was just afraid of what people might say.

  • So let's overcome that fear together.

  • Let's do it guys.

  • I'm nervous.

  • I did like a lip sync video.

  • And now I'm going to do a talking video.

  • I just want to say in case you are scared to post your videos.

  • You are not alone.

  • I still go through this.

  • What will people think of me?

  • What if they judge me?

  • But the thing is, do you want to give those negative people your attention?

  • Or the people that absolutely love your videos?

  • And in case you don't know where to start.

  • What really helped me is to make a folder with video ideas that you really like.

  • And then just recreate those video ideas in your unique style.

  • Just do it.

  • I'm also doing it.

  • And I'm so happy that I did it.

  • Because it was on my mind for so long.

  • Yeah.

  • One goal of mine was to drink more water.

  • And to help me do that.

  • I bought this fancy bottle.

  • Definitely will motivate me to drink more.

  • I'm also going to do a digital clean out.

  • Like deleting photos.

  • Because these things are also subconsciously stressing me out.

  • We're not gonna do that.

  • Lastly, I want to change my widgets on my phone.

  • To give me motivation.

  • And I'm designing my home screen.

  • In a way that makes me more productive.

  • Like putting all the apps that boost productivity.

  • On the first home screen.

  • It's it girl season.

  • And I want my home screen to reflect that.

  • And following my hobbies and passions in my free time.
