  • In this video, we are going to show you step-by-step some ways you can attach volume fans.

  • So the first way is the most common way, which is attaching the volume fan right on top of the natural lash, like so.

  • I like to use slight pressure to push down to the natural lash, which helps the volume fan attach more securely.

  • Bottom placements are good to use for lifting the downward pointing lashes.

  • For this method, focus on using your wrist to angle the base of the extension to match the natural lash.

  • And once the base lash is on, pull towards you until you feel that it's attached securely.

  • Here's another example of attaching a volume fan on top of the natural lash, but this time I wanted to show you the importance of applying pressure for a longer time and holding the fan in place for a little longer, especially for glues that cure or dry slower.

  • You want to make sure that the fan is attached securely before you release your grip.

  • And here, I'm just going in with a larger fan and wrapping it, then sliding it to secure it into place.

  • Lash wrapping works especially well for bigger fans to avoid the boxy bases.

  • Another way to attach the fan more quickly is by doing this kind of hooking motion to let the fan just snap onto the natural lash.

  • Once it's securely attached, then you'll know when to release your grip.
