Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Will the new business model be able to meet the demand for the new technology? I think from a business point of view, I am optimistic. Currently, geopolitical brings in much more cost into the business because you've got to just fly longer to get to the same place. But we recognize because of the global supply chain challenges, it does end up with having less supply and more demand, resulting in that you're not expanding the business as much as you want. So geopolitical has got that impact, rather than being pessimistic about a lack of business. What is the role of data in business? Every part of the business that we do, and any airline does, data helps you to do it better. And you're looking at efficiency and without having proper, accurate data, it's impossible to generate efficiency in your system. So the passenger side, you need to use the data on the trend, the growth, yield and your revenues and so on, and where people are going and what people want to eat and smell and do. But on the other hand, with all the sustainability issues, you do need data to decide on fuel burn and your aircraft performance and your people queuing at the airports, trying to catch up with the technology, right? Whether it's AI or whatever comes in, whatever we decide and want to do, it's too late because it's ahead of us. And data is crucial to plan, and it's crucial to see where you stand and what the trend is going. So there are, as you rightly said, too much data. It's which one you want and effectively valid data that it helps you to drive the business forward. So I think what IATA has done, it's a very positive move that at least, you know, it's a reliable, realistic data that you can do something with it.
