  • So here are 15 habits to level up by 2025.

  • Make a plan.

  • First, plan out how the next two months are going to look like.

  • What do you want to achieve?

  • Who do you want to be?

  • What are your goals?

  • Create a Pinterest board and commit to turning this board into reality in the next 60 days, because trust me, this is all the time you need to do a complete 180.

  • So set this vision board as your background, because just looking at it will motivate you so much.

  • And now I will show you the habits that will actually get you there.

  • OK, now the reason why you have no energy and why you always feel tired is because of your unhealthy habits.

  • So here are four healthy habits that will change your life.

  • A morning routine.

  • How you start the morning will influence your whole day.

  • That is why it's so important to not scroll on your phone and instead choose habits that keep you motivated, like making your bed.

  • Instead of eating cereal, make yourself a healthy and nourishing breakfast that gives you energy throughout the day.

  • And instead of stressing over what to do next, plan your day and add structure.

  • If you know exactly when to do certain tasks, there's less time for procrastination.

  • All these things get me in the perfect mindset to start a day.

  • Move your body.

  • Going to the gym not only reduces stress and boosts your energy, but it will also make you look so fit.

  • And if you're looking for some motivation, there's currently the winter are going on where people try to become their best selves till 2025.

  • And these videos are always playing in the back of my mind.

  • But if you're not a gym person, walking seven to 10K steps a day does wonders.

  • I never believed walking 10K steps would make a difference until I actually saw a difference.

  • And it is so fun, like you can put on your favorite podcast and enjoy the scenery while getting fit.

  • Eat healthy.

  • If you're wondering why your skin is bad, why you're bloated all the time, why you're constantly tired, it is all because of the processed food you're eating.

  • So eating healthy for the next two months can give you the biggest glow up.

  • Just switching out your breakfast and snacks for healthier options already makes such a huge difference.

  • So for healthy breakfast ideas, anything with oatmeal is so delicious.

  • You can also make yourself yogurt bowls with fruits or a healthy toast.

  • And there are also so many easy and healthy snacks that are super delicious.

  • So here are some recipes I make all the time.

  • Level up your free time.

  • I'm sure your next level version isn't scrolling on TikTok for five hours.

  • It is just draining your energy.

  • So choose to spend your time in a way that boosts your energy.

  • I love to bake delicious pastries, read books in nature or teach myself creative skills like drawing, painting and clay art.

  • These activities give you real dopamine and enjoyment, which your phone simply can't replace.

  • I'm currently learning how to level up my crocheting skills with this crocheting class I found on Skillshare.

  • Now, I know what you're thinking.

  • All of these habits are great and all, but how do I actually do them?

  • Like I tried in the past, but it didn't work.

  • So next, I'm going to show you how to level up your productivity and motivation.

  • A habit reward.

  • Something that will get you so motivated is having a reward for your habits because you will be way more happy to do something you don't like if you think, OK, but afterwards I can treat myself to buy that new dress, watch the new TV show or get some coffee.

  • So I like to make a table of my tasks and rewards in the app Notability.

  • Or you can also look up habit trackers on Pinterest and fill in your rewards there.

  • And I swear, just ticking off the boxes will keep you so motivated.

  • Dress up.

  • No wonder you're unmotivated when you're walking around like this.

  • I found out that the clothes I wear at home heavily impact my mood.

  • Just putting on a cute and comfy outfit and some jewelry immediately makes me motivated to do things.

  • And there are also ways to level up your looks without makeup, like exfoliating your lips and putting on Vaseline, de-puffing your face with ice and curling your lashes and putting aquaphor on them to make them look longer.

  • This will get you from feeling icky and unmotivated to super productive in no time.

  • Set clear goals.

  • In case there are some goals on your vision board and you feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start, break down your goals into small, achievable steps and just focus on one small step you can take today.

  • Like, for example, if I want to be a successful TikToker, the first step would be looking for video ideas.

  • And what happens is all the small steps will add up.

  • So in the beginning of 2025, you have already accomplished so much.

  • And if you're still not sure where to start, you can ask chatGBT.

  • I want to achieve blank.

  • Write me a step to step daily plan how to get there.

  • And it will come up with the timetables, with the habits, with the steps.

  • So there are no excuses.

  • Just start.

  • Match the content you consume with your vision board.

  • You become what you consume on a regular basis.

  • So match the content you're watching with your vision board.

  • If you want to be an A student, watch study with me videos.

  • Just watching people study makes me want to study as well.

  • If you want to be more organized, watch clean with me videos.

  • Like I swear, when I don't want to clean my room, I watch one of those videos and I instantly get up.

  • If you want to be confident, get advice from people that are confident.

  • And over time, you will adapt the same mindset.

  • So follow the people you want to be like.

  • Romanticize hard things.

  • Romanticizing the things you hate to do is all about making the task as enjoyable as possible.

  • I found out that any task is much more fun with a playlist or a podcast playing in the back or imagining that I'm a character from a movie.

  • Also make Pinterest boards of the things you hate to do.

  • You hate reading?

  • Well, after looking at those pics, you'll change your mind.

  • If you find a way to make it fun, you want to do it.

  • The fastest way to change your life is by changing your mindset.

  • So this is what you're going to do.

  • Read every night.

  • Every night, instead of scrolling on your phone, just read 10 minutes of a nonfiction book.

  • The knowledge in books is truly so powerful, like it can help you to heal from past wounds, manifest your dream life, and help you to be more productive.

  • Ever since I started to read self-development books, I love and understand myself so much more.

  • So these 10 minutes where you read at night can truly change your life.

  • Stop negative thoughts.

  • Nothing holds you back more than your negative thoughts.

  • The thoughts that say you can change, you don't have what it takes, you will fail.

  • So in the next two months, make it your mission to destroy these limiting beliefs.

  • And you can do that with Shadow Work.

  • There are so many great journal prompts on Pinterest, and just writing them down will clear your mind.

  • Another way is writing your negative thoughts in ChatGBT and ask it to prove it wrong.

  • The way that this has helped me out is insane.

  • And lastly, feed your mind with affirmations in the form of affirmation playlists, videos, or saying affirmations in the mirror.

  • Because the more you're going to repeat them, the more negative thoughts will automatically go away.

  • Make a mind movie.

  • The fastest way to manifest your dream life is believing that it's going to happen.

  • Did you know that you would get here, where you are right now?

  • Oh yeah, everything that's kind of happened, I've told people like 12 years ago.

  • If you full-heartedly believe that it's going to happen, it automatically changes the way you think and act.

  • Because you automatically act in alignment with that future.

  • And how you are going to believe it is by making a mind movie.

  • Insert an audio of a manifestation sound, and over this audio you are going to say affirmations like, I am successful, I am beautiful, I have my dream career, I live my dream life.

  • Then add pictures that show what that looks to you.

  • So you end up with a video like this.

  • And now watch this mind movie right before you go to sleep and right when you wake up, because that is when your subconscious is the most receptive.

  • Meaning you are reprogramming your mind to believe in yourself and to work towards these things subconsciously the next day.

  • Embody your future self.

  • Get clear on the style your future version has and what type of makeup she has.

  • And then recreate it, because looking like the best version of yourself will make you feel like the best version of yourself.

  • And you automatically carry yourself in a different way.

  • It makes you more confident, changing the way you talk and move.

  • So dressing up can help you so much with embodying your most confident self.

  • Go out of your comfort zone.

  • Doing some of the things on your vision board, like going to the gym for the first time or becoming confident, requires going out of your comfort zone.

  • And that can look like this.

  • I have a band called Wannabe Friends and today I'm going to sing for the first time in front of a crowd.

  • The thing is like, I'm not a professional singer, I'm just doing it as a hobby.

  • So this is going to be really challenging.

  • Now as you can see, I was pretty scared, but I just knew I had to do it because that is something the main character would do.

  • We did it!

  • Every action you take is a vote for who you want to be in the future.

  • So pushing through the discomfort and doing the things your future self would do is the fastest way to become your best self and change your life.

  • So that is the end of the video and I hope I could inspire you to end this year with a bang.

  • It is truly never too late to start becoming your best self and so much can change in just 60 days.
