Let's take a look at the easiest path, the most efficient path for each one of these candidates to hit that magic number of 270.  So here it is, our road to 270 map, and you see in gray, those are the seven core battleground states.

So I'm going to show you, first of all, if Kamala Harris is going to win, what would be the simplest way for her to win this election? Well, it would involve the northern route, the northern tier of the battleground, these three states: Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.

If Donald Trump won all of them narrowly in 2016, Joe Biden won all of them narrowly in 2020.

If Kamala Harris can keep those states blue, let me show you what it would do.  Light them up just for the sake of showing you, and she hits 270 electoral votes on the dot.  Now, from Trump's standpoint, let's reset these.

His easiest path to 270, or his most efficient, really, is North Carolina.  That's a state he actually won in 2020, the only battleground state he won before.

He lost that by about 12,000 votes last time.

 If he could get Pennsylvania, those three states would put him at exactly 270.
