This is what I do as a warm-up before we do every rehearsal.

5 burpees, 15 push-ups, 0 bicycle crunches, 0 box jumps.

I've never seen anything look less like Justin Bieber than that.

We use those to, like, stage the whole show.

That's about as interesting as that back there is.

Jack uses them to practice his Yoda impression.

Mikey doesn't have the coordination to do this at all.

It was amazing for half a second, but it was really scary.
