  • Hello.

  • We all know that witchcraft has a bad reputation, and there have always been a few traditional crafters that are perhaps not all there, or with anger issues, and regularly use magic for dark purposes.

  • But such people have always been a small minority.

  • Frankly, such crafters do no good to themselves.

  • In fact, black magic is a trap. Crafters sometimes become a hole they cannot get out of.

  • It is very difficult to help people in this situation, but if anyone can help, it isn't a shaman, or a trad crafter highly skilled in crossing the hedge, or shamanic healing.

  • Now, the thing is, within the craft, it is well known that casting a harmful spell, or other dark magical practices, is often counterproductive.

  • It affects everyone, including the sender, as well as the victim, in a negative manner. When energy is used in a negative manner on a habitual basis, it becomes very consuming of a crafter's energy, and they burn out.

  • I personally know of such a case. The principle is, energy sent is energy returned.

  • This is reflected in Newton's third law of motion.

  • For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

  • Thus, if negative energy is sent, then negative energy is returned to the one that sent it.

  • Therefore, it is very misleading to think that traditional crafters like to use energy in a negative manner.

  • It is simply not normally the case. Another important point.

  • We view the craft as part of our spirituality, and our spirituality is far more positive than that.

  • Mean-spiritedness violates our belief in our fundamental responsibility to the spirits, to the gods, to nature, and to ourselves.

  • We should be builders, not destroyers. So, if you are a seeker, someone who is new to the craft, do not get caught up in negative things.

  • You may think it's cool and exciting, but it is a trap, and you will pay the cost.

  • Instead of thinking of the traditional craft as it is intended, a positive force in a positive and healthy lifestyle, a force towards better understanding of the gods, or God, or the universal consciousness. The craft encourages personal development, and as a means of achieving a higher understanding of ourselves, of the worlds we live in, and achieving a deeper spiritual awareness and connectedness to nature and the spirits.

  • Until next time.

Hello.
