That is Marnie, who's going viral, not just in the UK, everywhere.

She's protesting like all of us, but to her, the price of ice cream is the most important thing in the world.

She is not holding back, letting the world know it.

So her video has been watched, you guys, more than 18 million times.

So she apparently had just found out the fee for her favorite summer snack shot up to £9, which is $11, for two ice cream cones.

And she doesn't care if the ice cream vendor catches wind of her tirade, obviously.

Let's just hope that now she gets some, I don't know, free ice cream out of all this.
