  • You have a choice between saving one person and saving everyone.

  • I can do both.

  • The combat and fighting scenes, again, are so much more elevated, but I'm so curious about the VO.

  • When you guys are in there recording, what is that like?

  • It's like, I don't knowlet's go, Jake.

  • What do you mean, you don't want to be Spider-Man? Aren't you gonna help me?

  • Come on, Miles, just jump.

  • I am going to jump.

  • Do it now.

  • I'm trying to do it, but I would love for you to show me how.

  • Do I just jump?

  • Or do you, like--can I have one of the wrist things?

  • And then the worst part is there's about fifteen seconds of just going. - Yeah.

  • Yeah. Yeah.

  • Yeah.

  • Is that it?

  • And then just when you think you've done enough efforts to where you've got, like this library they can pull from--

  • Another 20 minutes.

  • --you're still doing some ooh, ah, uh.

  • Yeah, all of them.

  • That's correct.

  • If there was another you that existed in the parallel universe, what are they doing right now?

  • In the zone with some futuristic thinking.

  • That's all I got.

  • Like, he's thinking about the future and he's--he's on his Tony Stark's.

  • He's on his Tony Stark's without the Iron Man, though.

  • What?

  • In my other universe, I am a sneaker owner.

  • I make sneakers, right?

  • I make really cool fashion forward sneakers.

  • I also have a candle line, I think.

  • I like this.

  • I also have no kids, much like this, 'cause that's going to go across all universes.

  • I just can't wait till you have them.

  • And then I-- oh, and I see myself living on a farm with no animals and only wearing cable knit sweaters.

  • Wow.

  • Oh my gosh.

  • I think I could do that in this universe.

  • You can do all that.

  • Let's do this, mama. Let's go.

  • Come on.

  • Maybe I'm like a top chef.

  • Michelin star restaurant.

  • I love that.

  • Something like that.

  • I'm going to connect to you.

  • I'm a food critic.

  • Oh.

  • OK.

  • All right.

  • Mm, I love this burger.

  • So delicious.

  • What are two characteristics that you took or have taken from your character that you've adapted in real life?

  • I was saying earlier I wish that I adapted the traps and lats that Jefferson has.

  • OK.

  • I was like, man, that's like a perfect triangle, but I don't have that.

  • The caring that he brings and the gentleness that Jefferson possesses--

  • even though he can seem very intimidating, even though he can seem a little bit rough, he's like-- there's a gooey center to this man.

  • He really, really cares about his wife.

  • He really, really cares about what we've created, which is our son.

  • And he'll do anything to try to understand and get close to him.

  • But he actually has a gooey center, this one.

  • Oh, OK.

  • Miles.

  • Are you trying to kill your mother?

  • I think Miles is courageous.

  • He has heart.

  • Like, he's a loving person.

  • And I'd like to think that I have courage and I have a lot of heart too.

  • I agree.

  • I also agree.

  • I also agree.

  • And there we go.

  • I would say Gwen's drive and ambition.

  • Want to get out of here?

  • I'm grounded.

  • Bummer.

  • I would say Peter's questioning if he loves the game he's in and then finding ways to be optimistic.

  • Come on.

  • Go easy on the kid.

  • He had a terrible teacher.

  • Peter.

  • Miles.

  • There's so many characters that I borrowed from my mom.

  • This is something I think that brown and Black women--

  • I mean, there's been a necessary strength-- right-- that we've always had to have.

  • But my mom loved and she was-- she was strict and she made sure that we knew who's, basically, who's in control. - Who's in charge.

  • Who's in charge.

  • - Yeah. - And it all came out of love.

  • Whatever.

  • Whatever?

  • Wow.

  • Whatever?

  • The music is so incredible, is so elevated.

  • But I'm curious, what's the song that best describes your life right now?

  • Biggie, give me one more chance.

  • Yeah.

  • This describes me right now.

  • It's Biggie Smalls.

  • I Am Woman.

  • And I don't know who sings this song,

  • but you know this one? I am woman.

  • I am-- - No.

  • I am sexy.

  • I'm divine.

  • That's just funny you say that 'cause Sexy Please is mine.

  • Sexy Please by Lion Babe is mine.

  • That's why the thighs are out today.

  • I'm not saying this particularly represents where I'm in at in my life right now, but I haven't stopped listening to SZA's album.

  • Mm.

  • I think it's so incredible for so many reasons.

  • And I was trying to pick a song off there, but I-- yeah.

  • She was in a place when I think she wrote that, so I wouldn't say it, like, represents where I'm at right now.

  • But I love the album.
