Anxiety is not all the same.
There a number of different anxiety disorders, for example, generalized anxiety disorders, which can be about a number of different things, or like social anxiety disorder, which is more about social encounters and experiences.
And there's more anxiety is not just about worrying too much.
The difference between worry and anxiety disorder is that the latter significantly impairs many different areas of your daily life.
Anxiety isn't only treated with medications, there are a couple of other things like CBT mindfulness or progressive muscle relaxation.
It can all start when you reach out.
