  • Anxiety is not all the same.

  • There a number of different anxiety disorders, for example, generalized anxiety disorders, which can be about a number of different things, or like social anxiety disorder, which is more about social encounters and experiences.

  • And there's more anxiety is not just about worrying too much.

  • The difference between worry and anxiety disorder is that the latter significantly impairs many different areas of your daily life.

  • Anxiety isn't only treated with medications, there are a couple of other things like CBT mindfulness or progressive muscle relaxation.

  • It can all start when you reach out.
