Well, one, I couldn't dance and then my boob popped out

At the audition, I was like, I cannot dance.

But by the time that I worked with someone

just to help me feel more comfortable in my body

I realized it wasn't about the choreography

it was about the feeling

and so then I felt a lot more confident.

Then I was like, okay, I'm ready.

Originally I made the video because

it was how I was feeling,

but I thought the video would keep people

from talking about my age.

But I just realized, well then it made, I was like, well

like any fan sites are gonna just

or everything's gonna be like, Regina Hall turns 50 today

and so if I make the video they'll talk

about the video and not, so I was really happy

that people received the video so well.

But I think it was just, I wanted to own my age.

My bitch did feel old, but also felt great.
