  • last night.

  • I couldn't sleep.

  • I had two nightmares.

  • You're turning into a house dad a little over halfway done with this pregnancy.

  • I can't wait to meet my little one.

  • We found the chocolate lucky charms.

  • Oh yeah, Okay.

  • I didn't sleep at all.

  • Really woke up like five times to go to the bathroom and I had like two nightmares.

  • I was just really tired.

  • It's like a mini heart.

  • It is.

  • I feel like we have a house.

  • It's so nice.

  • First breakfast cooked breakfast.

  • His Korea wants to yesterday going to the next yeah, yeah.

  • We're back at Royal Host.

  • Our favorite restaurant.

  • First appointment in my new clinic was a success.

  • So I'll have to talk about a little bit later, but I'm just like so excited.

  • The baby's healthy.

  • I'm healthy.

  • Everything is good and I'm starving.

  • So let's eat.

  • We found the jackpot.

  • They have chocolate lucky charms.

  • I never had the chocolate ones before and then reach these pumps and cookie crisp golden graham.

  • They don't have like the regular one.

  • There's so many foreign goods here at this Quixote blaze Doritos.

  • They have it all christmas in Japan is a little like Halloween and valentine's day combined.

  • It's basically a holiday for couples.

  • It is not for family.

  • So you see stuff like this in the stores like costumes or sexy santa suits and things like that.

  • They also have little dress up clothes for babies and they of course have decorations, but it's truly not the same in Japan.

  • This man right now.

  • He's like, I don't trust your folding skills.

  • That's like such a wife thing to say, you're turning into a house dad househusband.

  • It is true though.

  • You fold so nicely.

  • It's like origami.

  • Hey guys, I just took the longest nap ever because last night I couldn't sleep.

  • I had two nightmares and I peed like five times in the middle of the night.

  • Now the baby's getting so large that like I can, it's like the weirdest feeling like the movements of the baby is like so real.

  • Like it's so human.

  • Like I feel like there's like hands like in my womb trying to come out.

  • We want to the new clinic today and it was so much better than my last one.

  • So much nicer, so much less crazy.

  • And my most favorite part about this place is that they really care about mental health of the mother and the person giving birth because my last clinic did not care at all.

  • It was just over capacity.

  • It was like, I felt like I was in a factor, it was like in and out.

  • They wouldn't spend a lot of time with me or you know, it was just very hurried and my husband felt the same way and he just didn't like the doctor and I didn't like the doctor and it was just not, it was not ideal.

  • The nurses were really great, but I never got to speak to a midwife, which I think in America usually have like a midwife like when you, when you learned that you're pregnant and you go to the appointments and even here they you know have a midwife for you to talk to and that takes care of some of your appointments and at this clinic they do have that.

  • And so I was able to speak to my midwife today and the doctor spoke way better english than the last doctor.

  • Not that I need it.

  • I'm pretty okay with japanese but since it was my first appointment I needed my husband there and I was a little nervous because I was like well what if there's a miscommunication or I can't explain everything that had happened up into this point.

  • My husband's allowed to come to the appointments if he wants to my do luck and come to the appointments which is amazing and just ideal.

  • Everybody was just really patient with me.

  • I was just blown away by the service there and the support there.

  • So I feel very accommodated.

  • I feel very safe.

  • I feel very you know I feel really good and I think you should feel that way.

  • The only thing that scares me is there's no epidural, I'm actually relieved that I don't need it.

  • I have scoliosis very curved back.

  • So I was a little nervous about even getting an epidural so having that not even be an option just kind of makes me feel a little bit more relief but I am nervous about the pain and like how I'll be able to handle it, which is why I'm doing some breath work for the next maybe two or three months and just to, to really learn the techniques to stay calm.

  • But I'm so relieved every time I go to appointment and I hear that things are okay.

  • The baby is healthy in the beginning, the doctor diagnosed me with a low lying placenta and a sub chorionic hematoma and that's gone.

  • Both of those things are not not there anymore.

  • So everything's in the right place where it should be and I can't wait to reveal the gender around christmas time and again, thank you for those who donated money to the virtual baby baby shower.

  • So excited to show you guys what we got and you know, fix up the nursery and get what we need because I feel like it's just coming down to crunch time and I'm like, we have nothing, we have nothing for this child.

  • And so I'm just getting really stressed a little over halfway done with this pregnancy.

  • I can't wait to meet my little one.

  • I feel like now that I'm a mom to be, I have kind of settled down a little bit.

  • I feel more at peace.

  • I'm doing a lot of cooking.

  • I'm just resting a lot.

  • I'm preparing for the baby of course, but one of the things that I love to cook and my go to is chilly.

  • So I'm making chili with amy's chili in a can.

  • You can actually purchase this on amazon and Japan, but it is a little bit pricey sometimes to put meat in it.

  • But I like to put noodles and some vegetable inside and then crunch the crackers.

  • It tastes so good and it sounds so amazing, very smr when you crunch the crackers.

  • My husband is working from home a little bit late today, so we just decided to cook our own food tonight and this is what I made and I'm catching up on Wednesday and that is the video.

  • I can't wait to see you in the next one, thank you for watching.

  • And if you are interested in participating in the virtual baby shower, you can donate with the link down below, or you can go to my instagram with the link in my bio.

  • Stay tuned for the next vlog, Miss video.
