  • cheers, okay, technically it is 10 a.m. However, however, we do want to say when we went to London over christmas guys, they were drinking all day all day long.

  • Yeah, we need to, okay, so basically we went to London over christmas and we made, that's what I just said, Michelle, jesus, christ made it shocking discover.

  • Let's be careful.

  • All right, it's a very nice color.

  • Anyway, we're here to bring the good word to America like missionaries of a religion that there's no such thing as being an alcoholic in England, there's just constant day drinking.

  • It's like you start in the morning and then you have, and then you just sit at the table and talk for an entire day.

  • need European to bring back breakfast wine to America wine wine.

  • We saw little old ladies drinking a huge pint of beer 11 am inspiring.

  • We just need to be more european is my thought, Michelle, be a little careful, it's kind of wow, wow Michelle, why don't you tell us the origin of party emoji?

  • That's a tough, that's a tough oh, okay, here we go.

  • It's embarrassing.

  • It's not my proudest moment.

  • Anyway, so, uh, and I actually went to a pride event and I saw my ex there and she was with her current partner and she had unfollowed me on instagram a few years back and so later that night I was and watching the show modern love getting really ignited about it, really just angry about it and then I started messaging messaging her on instagram, which was, you know, not a great decision, but it was best for her and she was not responding?

  • So and I could see that it said see so I was like how dare you, what happened?

  • How dare?

  • And she was like after 20 and same message as she was like hey sorry I was getting ready for bed like oh and I was like all good and then I sent um party emojis, a bunch of party emojis in a row, just party party party party emoji.

  • I screamed kappas and sent it to these gobs and they were like oh like I can't lie.

  • That was like a very cringe conversation at the moment.

  • So then ever since then it's been known as a party emoji moment and I know we've all had party emoji moments.

  • I mean obviously except for melissa because this bit was married to her high school sweetheart has never had an ax in her entire life, she doesn't have an X.

  • Good for you Melissa, good for you Melissa Melissa just had one guy was like this is it?

  • I'm one and done one and done one and one and one and done.

  • Oh okay now what about you?

  • What about your party emoji story?

  • Leo would ever reach out to N.

  • X.

  • Wow.

  • Hey baby girl, what you are you texting josh?

  • Yes baby girl.

  • Actually do you think we should just drive by his house?

  • Hey guys you'll see what are you doing, are you naked?

  • Oh my God Okay.

  • Oh look at that.

  • Oh God, I gotta go, go, Go, Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, No, no.

  • Okay.

  • Yeah.

  • I've reached out to a lot of, a lot of them.

  • But you know what?

  • My therapist actually was talking to my therapist recently about what it means to like reach out to people from your past and why we do that.

  • And she had like really articulate and good advice.

  • What is it?

  • Hi wise.

  • Everyone is everything okay?

  • Your text messages sounded urgent.

  • Well, we were talking about exes and why we reach out to them and, and I remember you just have this very sage advice that I can't quite articulate in the same way to get it.

  • She forgot.

  • Well sometimes we have to go back to the well to know that it's dry.

  • The well really symbolizes our mother wounds.

  • And even though we know that this well or this relationship doesn't nourish us anymore.

  • It's just simple human nature to periodically need to check to make sure and remember.

  • Oh, mm hmm.

  • Yeah, finger looking good.

  • Oh man.

  • So it has nothing to do with whether or not we're like a good or a bad person.

  • And if we send party emojis, no, this is all part of the spectrum of the human grief experience as you're processing something.

  • It's not a linear path.

  • The stages of grief are one framework for looking at a past relationship, but it's not a straight line, it curves it exit flows well, I love you so much.

  • Thank you.

  • Thank you.

  • Thank you.

  • I feel so regulated already.
