All right.
Today's show is about answering the question,
What does it mean to believe in yourself?
Well, believing in yourself
is when we are proud of who we are and what we can do.
Oh, hey.
Well, let's see how you can believe in yourself
when playing a sport.
Come on.
I'll be right there, I'll be right there.

Believing in yourself means never giving up.
Now Ji-Young is gonna show us what happens
when you keep practicing.
