  • Here's how to make a high protein berry mousse with just three ingredients, pour about 200 g of frozen berries into a large dish, add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar free jelly powder to 300 mL of water and mixed together.

  • Add one and a third cups of fat free cottage cheese and blend together until smooth.
