So me and my friend Nico decided to go and see if they're actually good and worth the wait.

They have a chocolate flavor strawberry for the month of july and pistachio is rumored to be coming back to the menu soon.

They gave us an exclusive look at how this pastry is made and they fold the dough over and over again and put it through a lamination machine until it gets super, super thin and has a ton of flaky layers here they are coming out of the oven so pretty.

Then we got to watch them fill them and decorate them and give it that iconic drizzly look.

Honestly you guys, these were even more delicious than they look.

I know that's hard to believe, but the croissant was so flaky and delicious, we think these are worth the wait.
