only a year which is just um absolutely  amazing and I can't thank you enough.

So our lesson for today is the word overwhelmed.  We are just overwhelmed by all of your support.  

So to say this word correctly, I'm going  to have my assistant hold the board,  

We're going to start with the word over  and to do that open wide and then move to  

a pucker for the o; and then keep those lips  open for that v sound - air is going to move  

out of your mouth; and then add that er -  square, tense lips, tip of the tongue is down  

or flipped back, just as long as the back of  that tongue is pulled way high up. over over

Now here's where your choice comes in. You can  say a w well or you can be fancy and add that h  

hwell. Either is fine. Then we're going to move  to that l. To do that open your mouth and then  

put the tip of the tongue behind the top front  teeth for that o, then close the lips for an m,  

and then touch the tip of the tongue to  the back of the top front teeth for that d,  

and as you pull it down let that air puff  out. Let's put it all together overwhelmed 

Or you can add the h and say overwhelmed
