So today I'm going to a barbecue, I haven't gone to one in like forever and I'm not really exactly dressed for a barbecue and wearing just like a skirt and top.

I'm eating oatmeal for like the 100th time.

Um only because it's literally like the only thing that I can eat, I might try to cook with like egg yolk or whatever because I'm not allergic to the yolk of the egg, but I am allergic to egg whites, which kind of sucks.

I got this coconut milk, it's gluten free and vegan and I got it on amazon, but the only thing I don't like about it is how it smells like artificial coconut, it doesn't have very many ingredients which is good, but it has that artificial flavor and I don't think I like that so much.

So I'm kind of bummed out a little bit, we'll see how this tastes when I eat it.

But um yeah, I mean it's gluten free, it's vegan, it's a natural, this is natural zay, don't know, butter, coconut milk, tapioca, starch, natural, coconut flavoring, sea salt from organic farming, I guess it doesn't have anything artificial.

Wait, I don't know guys, but I'm trying it out today for the first time, I can eat things like sausage, but I kind of don't want to eat sausage because it's kind of like processed meat.

So maybe once in a while would be kind of nice to have some, some meat or something more or maybe like salmon or something.

I don't know, beans are usually okay, but um, not a lot of it because it upsets my stomach.

I'm gonna make this breakfast and then I'm gonna head to casa de colon, which is uh, not too far from me, but it takes a while to get there because the trains are so slow just to get there.

Yeah, I'm gonna go there today and see um somebody I haven't seen in a really long time, which is my former music manager.

We're thinking about creating more things, but I've been so busy with other stuff, but I'm open to it.

I don't know what's going to happen, but we'll see.

This is my oatmeal and my apple and yogurt and coffee and I just want to fill myself up because I don't know how much I'm going to be able to eat at the barbecue today.

I made it a goal this year to be closer with nature and enjoy more fresh air.

We sometimes forget to do this in our busy lives.

So summer in Japan is a great opportunity for me to explore my surroundings and get to know other people.

How exciting is that I'm in cause I think I cohen right now and I'm waiting for adam, he's going to be a little bit late.

So I actually got here early thinking that I was going to be late.

It's like 80° and I just put on some sunscreen because I burned.

I'm excited to go to a barbecue because I haven't gone to one in like three years.

Most barbecues in Japan consists of small strips of meat without buns or breads, Yaki, soba fried noodles and lots and lots of alcohol.

So many people from making friends today.

Super hot today and the food is being taken in seconds.

So I'm trying to hunt down the food right now.

What about this summer barbecue was for english language learning students.

So I decided to ask the students why they were learning english.

So we've got to clean up the bathroom right now.

So we are going to karaoke and it's been a very long time since I did karaoke actually.

So I'm excited guy cause I always go with foreigners.

My makeup is coming off, but that's okay.

Number three or number five and number three my favorite Taco Bell.

And I totally realized, realized one thing while living here, the importance of socializing with newer faces.

Not only is it important for health to do?

These things went away from family, it's a must in general.

Sometimes an individual must make the effort to become involved rather than waiting for someone to come to them.

I make it a habit to go looking for things to do and ways to be involved while living in another country.

Whether I know a group of people or not, not only does it make you feel good in the long run.

Look at all the people that are doing karaoke.

These are the most friends I've ever had, I made, I made so many friends.

Oh no, Okay, we're going to karaoke and we have two rooms with like 30 people.

Then I don't think value got comfy pillows here.

You look like, okay, we finished our karaoke adventure.

This platform is to document my growth and see how far I've come in life.

And one goal I had was to make more japanese friends and foreign friends alike.

Mhm Okay, it's the next day and I got a package from home.

I got a birthday card with, oh, I took it out, it's an itunes card that my mom gave me and I have two packages.

So here's the itunes card and then I don't know why she gave me razors, but okay, wow, she gave me a lot of this stuff.

Crunchy double chocolate chip cookies, all Allergen free, which is awesome.

I'm so excited about these crunchy cookies, I love these ones were so good, everything was so good.
