This dress pay tribute to the american pop culture and to Gianni and donatella versace who first brought it into the high fashion.

Both Cardi B and donatella share a similar sense of over the top glamour and sense of humor.

So it's the perfect collaboration in reflection to this year's Met gala theme, the gilded age.

We chose to make something super metallic and over the top gold as a reflection of the attitude of that time, where it was all about success and new opulence.

This dress is like a second skin of jewelry.

We create a senior tutor with a very snatched waist and we carry it with a layer of embroidered tulle on top of that.

We create this jewelry net, create a hand by hand by italian artisans in gold, galvanic In total.

It's almost one km of chains and jewelry here on a mannequin, you can see the craft of it.

But once you know, the Cardi B persona enters into the dress, that's when like you create the vision.
