  • Hello, everyone. I'm PONY.

  • Today, I will show you my skin care and makeup routine.

  • I'll start with my skin care routine.

  • Lately in Korea, a lot of people use toner pads.

  • When you open the lid,

  • it contains cotton pads soaked with toner.

  • And a tweezer.

  • It's hygienic and easy to use.

  • If you have enough time in the morning,

  • you can use it as a facial mask.

  • You can leave them on while you dry your hair or use your phone.

  • Leave them on for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • I'm usually busy, so I don't leave them on.

  • I just use them to wipe my face.

  • Don't forget your ears.

  • And your neck.

  • It'll be even more moisturizing if you pat your face in the end.

  • Next, I apply a face cream.

  • Make face doesn't break out too often.

  • But occasionally, seasonal changes and hormones give me zits.

  • Usually, I use watery creams,

  • but when I have pimples, I use products for sensitive skin.

  • Once I have applied the cream and my skin is soft,

  • I massage my eyes when my face feels puffy.

  • I use the knuckles of my thumbs,

  • to massage the inner corner of my eyes and brows.

  • And the arch under the brows.

  • Then, I move to my temples and slide down to behind the ears.

  • Then, I finish off by sliding my knuckles along the neck.

  • It enhances blood circulation to the face and reduces puffiness.

  • The next step is a step I never leave out.

  • I'm going to apply sunscreen.

  • This product has sunscreen effect,

  • and tone-up effect to brighten the skin.

  • So this can be used as a primer as well.

  • Apply some onto your fingertips,

  • and rub it into your face.

  • There's no need to be precise.

  • Just don't forget your neck.

  • Then, I use foundation.

  • When I'm out and about, I use the puff that came with it.

  • But when I'm at home and have enough time,

  • I use a makeup sponge.

  • The original puff is thin and doesn't provide proper coverage.

  • The sponge is easier to press onto my skin,

  • and results in better coverage.

  • One push of foundation covers half your face.

  • On to the other side.

  • Now, I have a thin layer of foundation.

  • Next, I use a concealer to cover imperfections.

  • I use this stick foundation as concealer.

  • Okay, done.

  • I often forget the next step.

  • I'm going to apply lip balm.

  • I don't know why I forget this step.

  • Now, we need to finish the base makeup.

  • I'm going to use this powder.

  • In summer, I apply it on the whole face.

  • But in winter, I want to prevent dry skin.

  • So, I only wear in on oily areas,

  • and the areas I'm going to put color on.

  • The area of your eyes where you get wrinkles when you laugh,

  • will get dry if you apply powder.

  • That's why, I only use the edge of the puff, not entire surface,

  • and apply the powder vertically.

  • So now, I have powder everywhere except for my cheeks.

  • Let's move on and apply some color.

  • I'm going to use an eyebrow pencil.

  • But first, we need to brush the brows.

  • It's the same as brushing your hair first.

  • Now, I'm going to draw.

  • Use the brush to blur the lines.

  • I'm done drawing my brows with the pencil.

  • Next, I'm going to use a brow mascara,

  • to brighten the color of my brows.

  • Here comes the fun part.

  • Applying eyeshadow.

  • I'm going to use this makeup palette.

  • Before applying eyeshadow,

  • I'm going to contour.

  • Let's use this color.

  • So, I contoured my nose...

  • Here's a tip.

  • Contour your lips to make them appear plumper.

  • Just a little bit above your upper lip.

  • Like that.

  • It'll make your lips look plumper.

  • And now, the lower lip.

  • Ta-da!

  • Let's finish it off...

  • with the chin.

  • Let's move on to eyeshadow.

  • There are so many colors, it's hard to choose.

  • I'll use this pearly eyeshadow.

  • It's a woody pink shade. Let's try it.

  • Start in the inner corner of your eyes.

  • This is a color that suits anyone.

  • So, the first color is done.

  • Next, I'm going to use this bronze shade.

  • This one goes on the outer corner.

  • Now, use the same color along the edge of your lower lid.

  • Next, I'm using this one called "MOOD."

  • And to top it off...

  • I'll use this highlighter here.

  • I'm going to use it for my eyes,

  • and also to highlight my face.

  • I use highlighter on the inner corner of my eyes too.

  • For the next step, I'll use my fingers,

  • to apply that same color to my nose.

  • On the bridge of my nose,

  • and the tip.

  • This makes it look like an anime character.

  • I really like it.

  • And...

  • Apply it above your upper lip too.

  • It'll give your face a nice glow.

  • Just stay in the center.

  • Now, I'm going to use a brush again.

  • I'll use this one in the center. "DDALGI."

  • Gently pat it onto your cheeks.

  • Can you see how one half of my face looks rosier?

  • Add some on the tip of your nose,

  • and, if you want, on your forehead.

  • And on the tip of your chin.

  • Having three areas of pink gives your face a uniform look.

  • Next, I'm going to apply some eyeliner.

  • First, I fill the spaces between the lashes.

  • Then, I draw a line along the lashes.

  • For the outer corners, I use eyeshadow.

  • I only use eyeliner to draw a basic line.

  • Now, I use eyeshadow on the outer edge.

  • Let's try this chocolate brown shade here.

  • Do you see this brush?

  • Use a brush with a short and round tip.

  • It won't catch enough eyeshadow as is.

  • In order to draw a clear line,

  • you need to wet your brush with a wet wipe.

  • Once the tip is moist,

  • use it like this...

  • It lets you adjust the amount of eyeshadow,

  • and the powder won't float around all over the place.

  • Draw a horizontal line.

  • Even longer lines will look natural.

  • I've been doing makeup for many years,

  • but drawing eyebrows and eyelines are still very hard.

  • Do both sides look the same? Can you check?

  • When you draw underlines,

  • only draw on the outer half from below your pupils.

  • Okay, I'm done with eyelines.

  • Before we apply mascara,

  • we need to curl our lashes.

  • Here's another tip.

  • Face your palm forward,

  • and hold your curler.

  • Like this, you can hold your curler downwards to curl your lower lashes.

  • I'm going to apply this mascara.

  • Make sure to apply it so that your lashes spread out like a fan.

  • Like so.

  • I used a brown mascara. I'm not done yet, though.

  • I use false eyelashes on an everyday basis.

  • Let me show you what I use.

  • It's not one particular product.

  • It's a collection of pieces of false eyelashes that I cut myself.

  • A mix of different products.

  • I choose depending on that day's makeup.

  • Let me put some on.

  • Put some glue onto the fingernail of your thumb.

  • Can you see?

  • Bring the mirror close to you. You don't want to have to do it over.

  • I bring the mirror up to my eyes to apply my false lashes.

  • Now...

  • Put it on top of your real lashes,

  • and let them set.

  • I use false lashes to accentuate certain parts of my eyes.

  • Next, I'll apply glitter on my lower lids.

  • Apply some in the center.

  • Bit by bit.

  • See?

  • Applying glitter makes your face come to life.

  • Let's use this color to contour the face.

  • Blend it thoroughly to blur the lines.

  • I use lip liner to adjust the shape of my lips.

  • I'm going to accentuate the upper lip.

  • Now that we foundation, let's apply some color.

  • This one is close to the shade of my naked lips.

  • Use a shade that gives you color.

  • Okay, that's it.

  • I'm done with my makeup.

  • I think my makeup turned out pretty good today.

  • I tried to give today's makeup a rose gold-ish mood.

  • It can be worn all year round, and goes well with any skin tone.

  • While shooting today,

  • I realized that makeup is like a magic potion to me.

  • Today, I turned myself into a rose-gold fairy.

  • Thank you for watching my skin care and makeup routine.

  • See you. Bye!
