If you want the job offer, the resume has to be a slam dunk, top notch resume and it all comes down to how you've written it and what you've written, read the caption, if you want to learn more about that too, how are you showing up in interviews, meaning are you portraying genuine confidence?

Are you communicating your value in a convincing and engaging way?

Your energy and communication are keys to getting the offer?

And lastly three, do you actually believe that you can get this next job if you don't feel deserving of something, the world will reflect that back to you.

 You have to truly believe that you deserve this, and that's how employers will be convinced that you're the one for them?
