  • Hi, bizarre.

  • Come get ready for bed with.

  • Yeah, yeah.

  • First thing we do, we're gonna take off lips and eyes.

  • I have a bit of makeup on today.

  • Not as much as I usually would when I'm on set, so I don't need, I have these makeup erasers that are amazing.

  • They're washable pads, you just rinse them under water and wipe off all your makeup.

  • So it's really great.

  • But these are biodegradable makeup removing pads and they just work super well and really obsessed with them.

  • So, let's see.

  • So my skin is pretty chill and I feel like when I treat my body well, my skin treats me well and when I don't uh it is very apparent sometimes I get like really kind of big pimples here.

  • It used to be a lot more.

  • Um but then my partner Shane actually has been helping me with like, skin care stuff and recommending things that I should be using and it really turned things around, but there's a natural flow to skin, you know?

  • So you're just bound to get some blemishes sometimes.

  • So I have those there right now, my friends Mhm.

  • Now they make this off.

  • Mhm we're gonna wash.

  • So I wanted to show that I actually usually do two washes.

  • So I do this industry jeju volcanic pore cleansing foam and then also this super heil on foaming cleanser, just because when I have like tons and tons of makeup on, you need like a lot to take it off.

  • So right now I'm just going to use in his free.

  • Mhm.

  • And I just wet my face a bit and then turn off the water, you know?

  • Save the water.

  • Yeah.

  • Yeah, not much, not much, you know, and then I like to get it really phoned me.

  • Mhm.

  • I never thought that's so not true.

  • I never fall asleep with set makeup on.

  • That's too much.

  • That's too much and it's too far.

  • Um I've fallen asleep with like what I do, which is usually just like mascara and some blush thing on my eyelids and on my cheeks.

  • Um so that I would fall asleep in.

  • But uh set makeup is insane and I feel like my face would go crazy and the makeup artist would be very angry with me.

  • So I'm gonna not get soap in my eyes and wash this off, I'll be right back.

  • Mhm.

  • So I like to sing the abcs when I wash my face just to make sure that I'm like giving it the time to do what it's supposed to do.

  • Uh This is also an important part of my skincare routine.

  • Uh it's this bamboo cloth.

  • Um I like to just use something that I know is super clean and hasn't been used for my hands or my body or anything.

  • So I like to keep these separate, so I need to get my face super dry because I want to use this exfoliating product that I have.

  • I find that I have to use it kind of like sparingly because if you use it too much, it doesn't really do the thing that it's supposed to do, which is like peeling off the skin.

  • So this is called cure natural aqua gel.

  • Um I watched a Youtube video about how good this product was and so I was convinced, you know, do your research.

  • So you basically just put this on dry skin?

  • Like wipe it like that.

  • Mm I put it over my lips too.

  • You know, it's really and then you just start rubbing.

  • What usually happens is that it creates um little pills of the dead skin and that's just like so satisfying.

  • Okay, so again, try my face off other things that I like to do to try and keep my skin feeling good and healthy.

  • Um It's just like eating right and getting enough sleep basically.

  • Anything that's going to be good for your body is also going to be good for your skin.

  • Um So making sure to wear SPF I think is really important.

  • And also drinking water.

  • I usually like to try to drink a whole one of this like about an hour before I go to sleep so then I can pee before I sleep.

  • But then you're super super hydrated.

  • I try to do it in the morning as well.

  • Um so then at least throughout the day if I don't happen to drink a bunch of water at least I know I did 1:00 AM.

  • My next step is this acne exfoliating toner.

  • It's by peach slices and someone actually sent this to me and I gave it a shot even though I'm pretty picky about what I put on my skin and I'm kind of scared to try new products once I found what really worked for me, but I took the chance and it was amazing.

  • I really like the way it makes my skin feel and I feel like it clears up breakouts that I'm having quicker than they normally would.

  • And I just like put it on my fingers, clean fingers and tap it in like that.

  • Then my next step is another industry product.

  • It's a green tea seed serum and I kind of use this on and off.

  • I like to, I don't know, give my skin a break.

  • Sometimes.

  • I'm always going to wash my face and put on moisturizer, but when it comes to the exfoliator and the toners and stuff, sometimes I like to just feel it out and sense what my body is telling me.

  • Like maybe I don't need them.

  • I like those tools.

  • It's like a, it's like a little loop that helps you pick your blackheads.

  • I don't know if it's good for you and I haven't tried it, but I like to watch that happen and it seems very satisfying.

  • Um but I try my best not to pick my face.

  • It's a white head.

  • You caught him maybe just want to leave it alone or put a star patch on it, which is coming later.

  • Those really help.

  • So the next thing I have is had a lab.

  • Oh, premium go kitchen.

  • This is the moisturizer that I use for night and then I use this lighter gel one for the morning.

  • But I really love had a lab.

  • Oh, I think they're very excellent and it works really well for my skin.

  • I think the biggest thing is finding out what exactly works for you.

  • So I can be a journey at times.

  • I remember maybe about three years ago my skin was breaking out so much and I wasn't doing acting at the time, so I wasn't paying attention as much to it, but I was kind of like, oh my gosh, this is kind of a lot and it hurts a bit.

  • And that was just because I don't even know what I was washing my face, but I was washing my face.

  • I didn't wear makeup so I felt like, oh, well maybe I don't need to walk in my face.

  • Oh no.

  • Yeah, I don't know what was happening there.

  • You know what I like to do?

  • I like to take a little bit of extra.

  • And my mom told me use your ring finger because it's not so strong and you put it on like the delicate area under your, I can like tap it like that.

  • My mom definitely has taught me a lot about skin care.

  • She's awesome.

  • I love her.

  • But she told me to just be really gentle with my skin.

  • Um and then my dad actually taught me that when you're putting things on, you go in like an upward motion, you know, so you're not pulling down on your face.

  • I don't know if I had been doing that, but I know that I'm supposed to.

  • And then yeah, Shane Shane just helped me so much.

  • They're very into like skincare and kind of like researching different products and they'd almost tried a bunch so that I didn't and then I got like the top tier of what was really working right now I'm gonna put on.

  • Yeah, the star patch.

  • There's really nothing wrong with symbols who really cares.

  • But they kind of hurt.

  • So I would like them to be gone as quickly as possible and I find that this is like the way to do it.

  • I was actually kind of scared when I first used these.

  • I was like how did it just make it disappear?

  • How did that happen?

  • But I love it and it's cute.

  • Honestly, sometimes I wear these out.

  • My Holy Grail product is going to be this and it's our last, well it's not quite our last, but it's the last thing that I do on my face.

  • Um I love this.

  • It is like a lip conditioner and I just feel so luxurious when I do this.

  • I usually do this part once.

  • I'm already in bed just like take this and like uh and then I wake up in the morning and I feel like my lips are dry and craft.

  • So the next thing we have is this, this is my favorite spray and of course it broke and it leaked all over my bags and everything smells amazing.

  • But sadly, I think this might be on its last legs.

  • There's like a little crystal in there and it's rose auto and Tulsi little crystal there, you know, just like a little, you know, and like maybe some deep breaths.

  • I'd like to do that while I'm going to bed.

  • Like, like take really deep breaths as I'm walking around like really slow down my system and prepare for sleep.

  • Sometimes I even like move in slow motion so that my body becomes more tired.

  • Also, it's kind of fun, but aren't you relaxed?

  • Okay.

  • The next thing we got to take care of our curls.

  • I'm growing out a little baby afro.

  • Um and so I got to make sure that we're staying hydrated.

  • This wonderful person gave me this product for hair oil.

  • It smells nice.

  • It's like I got a relaxing drive in it and I just run it through my hair.

  • Okay.

  • We have a choice to make got to wrap my head always.

  • So look, since I have started growing out my hair, it's kind of funny in the beginning because when it was short it would just lay a super flat.

  • But now I've got like a punk which is dope.

  • So I wrap my head up in this silk so that my curls like stay and then they're also more hydrated under here doesn't get off on the pillow.

  • That's also another thing, wrap your hair so that your hair oils don't get onto your face from your pillow and like mess with the chemistry on that.

  • So goodness gracious me.

  • This looks like we are ready for better.

  • Thank you bizarre for having me.

  • I hope everybody's ready for bed.

  • And before you forget, make sure to watch gossip girl part two of season one on HBO max and then I will see you there.

  • Yeah, take this one.

  • Mhm.
