It's been like over a year since I've done a vlog on this channel in Sydney.

Well, you guys probably know why, like, you know the past year, we've just been in a lockdown.

We are going to take the next big step in our lives and I really wanted to share it with you.

So I'm gonna do my skincare and I'm going to chat to you guys whilst I do it.

So, you know, let's just catch up for a little bit.

So eric and I moved to Sydney 2.5 years ago.

But unfortunately during our first year in Sydney, we were so busy.

We were planning our wedding Still, I was still traveling a lot.

And yeah, we never really got to explore different areas then when we were ready to explore different areas, Covid hit And obviously we were in lockdown, we couldn't really, you know, go out.

So for the past couple of weeks, because lockdown got lifted.

We are now exploring other suburbs and going to home opens.

So we've been doing this for about maybe a month now.

And yeah, I'll show you some stupid of us house hunting.

So it's been really fun house hunting, exploring different suburbs.

But the issue is Sydney is that it's just so expensive.

But you know what, like, I thought it would be fun to take you guys along on this journey with us.

Alright, so skincare is not done yet.

We need to do the most important step, which is sunscreen.

My skin condition has improved and I mentioned in a video last year that I only just started wearing sunscreen very recently, which is really bad because you know, it is the most important step to your skincare routine and it was something that I just ignored for the longest time.

But today I am going to be showing you a sunscreen that I think are using for a couple of weeks.

Now.

This is the beauty of joe sean relief son rice probiotics.

So this sunscreen is lightweight and very moisturizing.

As you can see, it absorbs Very quick onto my skin.

This is an organic sunscreen and it has 30% rice extracts that deeply nourish and moisturize your skin.

So if you just rub that in, look at how quick that absorbs and it does not leave a white cast on your face.

I do have eczema.

This sunscreen is eczema safe.

So the main reason why I didn't really wear sunscreen before was because I don't like the feeling of sunscreen on my face.

It's just very greasy and I felt that it was just so heavy.

So whenever I put makeup on top, I just felt like I had a cake face, I just avoided it for the longest time, which is really bad.

Please do not avoid sunscreen users every single day.

It's so important.

But this is amazing for sensitive skin.

I think I'm just gonna add a little bit more just in case because it's a very sunny and hot day today in Australia.

The sun rays are super strong.

So it does give you SPF 50 protection and yeah, as you can see like you didn't know this is the second layer, it has a lord so quickly onto my skin and if I didn't tell you that I put on sunscreen, you probably couldn't even tell because it does not leave a white cast.

Right?

And best of all guys, it gives you like a really nice glass skin.

Look, look at that skin is glowing now that I have done my skin care.

We are going to go ahead and do makeup.

Unfortunately we haven't found the perfect place yet, but we are going to a home open today which I'm going to take you guys with me on and yeah, hopefully this is going to be the one okay, makeup is done and I'm just gonna quickly do my hair.

It honestly feels weird doing here and make up and going out again because for the past four months literally I was living in my pajamas.

Okay, now we are done, let's go and get changed.

This is my outfit of the day.

I decided to tie my hair up.

I thought it looked better with this outfit.

We're going to go out and get some brunch, then go house hunting.

So we have to go out.

So can you stay home and take care of the house and when we come back we will take you out for a walk.

I really enjoyed that.

Now we're gonna go to the home open.

I should really like this after this is the main bathroom.

Oh, yep, it's a bit more bigger than the main one.

The main one is pretty small.

Right?

There's another bedroom here, the bedrooms are small but I feel like it's it's fine here.

This is a laundry, yep, this is the living room here.

I really like it.

Very spacious.

This is the kitchen, so you've got space for the fridge.

The pantry is kind of small.

It's not too bad though, this pantry and I like that.

It has gas stoves, I'm much better gas stove than electric.

We have an oven and then here is a dishwasher so it's hidden.

It's quite nice.

So the main reason why we like this place is because it's got this really nice backyard area and this would be perfect for him just to run around and of course if we were to get this place, we're going to fix all this up.

See the fence there And I can easily escape.

So we definitely have to fix that as well.

If we were to get this like all of this, she can easily squeeze through.

Its so hot right now.

So we had the home open then we need to turn it back on on too much.

So we went to the home open and look like, I feel like it's 85% perfect.

I don't know.

Eric and I just don't know if we are rushing into things too quickly.

Sydney housing prices have just been high incredibly, I'm sorry I took your toy incredibly insane.

So yeah, we just can't be too choosy.

I think I'm actually going to change my outfit because we're going to a park, which means lots of dogs are gonna be around, they're gonna be jumping all over me.

So I'm gonna change into something more comfortable.

Um and we're gonna take it out to see how she, I just got changed.

I decided to wear this pink oversized sweater and these leggings to be comfortable, Quick makeup check up.

So I've had the sunscreen and makeup on for about six hours now and it's actually, yeah, stayed on really well and I haven't touched up except for my lips.

So yeah, I'm really, really impressed with this sunscreen.

Like it works so well as a makeup primer as well.

I didn't use a primer today.

So yeah.

Anyway, we're gonna head off to the park.

So we got the pet camera for him and now it's time to have lunch.

I'm really glad that we went out yesterday.

I went everywhere trying to find this Mac makeup brush.

I went to David jones.

I make none of them have the brush.

So I'm going to give up.

Maybe I can find online, but we're gonna go dice or now these are the best ever.

These dehumidifiers.

It's so much more humid in Sydney.

So we always buy a lot of these um to put in our closet are clothes.

I made it back home after dinner and let's just do a quick makeup check.

So I wanted to make up the whole entire day.

It was superhuman.

I only touched up my lips but my makeup has not budged.

So video of jewish on the sunscreen works really well as a primer, your makeup does not move the whole entire day and best of all, it protects your skin for the whole weekend.

I water sunscreen.

I did not feel heavy at all.

Yeah, it doesn't even feel like you've got sunscreen on.

It's not sticky, not oily.

Oh, a bit before I filmed this video, I was expecting to kind of like pull the trigger and put in an offer for this apartment.

It was really good.

But you know, there were a few issues to it as well, but we feel like it's fine, we can deal with it.

But I was always a little bit suspicious about it because first of all, it went on auction last week, but it didn't sell.

Second of all, we found out that the owner actually bought this place only last year and was selling it already.

So we were like why is he trying to sell so quick?

We obviously asked a real estate agent these questions, but they were kind of like, you know, you can tell they didn't want to answer the question and because they were being so vague that made me even more suspicious.

And the third issue is that we also found out that the strata for that place has gone up by a lot.

So honestly the strata for that apartment was so expensive.

Now if it was that expensive, I would understand if there was like a gym and a pool, but there was like no facilities.

So anyway, we requested for a strategy report from the agent and they were like, oh you can just buy online.

So we're like okay fine, we went and actually bought it online and reviewed it just earlier and we know why owner tried to sell so quick basically there was a whole list of stuff that was wrong with the apartment and the residents were bringing the builder to court.

I am so glad we got that report because if we didn't we would have made a very very very expensive mistake.
