We've been here before, but they have really expanded or actually they've changed out a lot of stores and restaurants here.

So you wanted to do another update on the place because it's a really cute charming village as they call it.

With lots of high end retail shops.

They have like clothing, furniture, even have a support here, which is actually new.

Yeah.

And you support a anthropology, a lot of dog shops, which is fantastic if you're a dog owner because this place is made for dogs.

Yeah.

The best place to walk your dog shop with your dog, eat and die.

So they have one dedicated pet shop.

But the rest of the stores, you know there are normal stores but you can bring your dog at them like they're very, very pet friendly and some of them even have like dog bowls out in front of stores so they can have like the water while they're walking because florida is very hot, so you gotta stay hydrated.

Um So yeah, we just wanted to kind of walk around and show you what there is around here and um also I just wanted to point out that parking is free.

So they have two parking garages here and I haven't been here in a few years.

I come here like several times whenever I come and visit and each time I come something is different because they always change.

Not all the shops, but you know some of the shops change out and so today I'm kind of excited to check out a few of the new shops that I did not see before.

Yeah, some of our favorites is west down because I love furniture shopping with my dog.

Also Anthropology is really nice.

Um What are they gonna local stuff?

I think there's like ice pops here that are like as far as restaurants and like you know food, there is a hippo which is a florida popsicle, homemade popsicles.

Um They've been around for years and they have several locations uh in florida, but they have um maybe like three or four locations in Tampa Bay itself and High Park Village is one of them.

We've been to bar taco before.

Bar tacos.

A popular ones or not sir.

What's the one that's over there on swan swan swan?

It's a really nice one.

Oh I'm sorry, go ahead.

And that meat market is the newest trendy restaurant.

I've been trying to go there actually on the weekends and it's hard to reserve a people there on weekends, especially like you know at dinner time.

There's also a really cool movie theater here.

Like I've never been to move it.

They're like this basically you get to dine while you watch your movie and you get your own individual recliner, so you're not near anyone.

It's just like, it's kind of almost like your own private movie.

They're like as if you had a movie like you know when you watch those celebrity like homes where they show you their movie theater, movies like that with the movie theater shops dining.

Also coffee shop.

If you want to walk your dog here in the morning and grab some coffee.

We've actually seen people go by the fountain to enjoy their coffee which is a lovely morning here today and there's a total of about 50 shops are over 50 shops here.

Yeah, we're only scratching the surface.

All right, so we're ready to do some shopping.

Yes, so there's a parking graduate behind us there and there's a parking lot across the street where sprinkles is and then we're gonna walk into West Elm right now because it's one of my favorite potential stores.

Well let's go in the western.

She always she's super quick.

She loves loves carpet and rugs as you could tell.

My goodness, this is your thing.

It's a nice desk, wow.

Just look so sleek.

Mid country does mm like I want everything in the store, watched them always has nice stuff.

So this is the area where it's a little fountain you can rest their people relaxing eating their food or working on their laptops And then in this corner is the capital one cafe.

This is pretty new.

I haven't seen this before, but it's actually a cafe with a coffee shop in there.

And then this is the Hippo Gourmet ice Pops we talked about earlier and they have really unique flavors.

Like one of them.

I see right there is champagne mango or pistachio rosewater.

And there's another uh makeup store I've been here before.

But Francesca's is a boutique.

So I just wanted to check that out real quick.

Everybody.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh no, it's nice.

Um It was a cool one.

Yeah, like that one.

But I just got some sunglasses have been just because they're really cute.

I love him.

I would have bought some, but I just bought two sunglasses.

Yeah, two months ago.

So I'm like, okay, I need to stop with the sunglasses.

I had a really good deal was like two for $20, but I only needed one.

So these are like only $14.

Oh, this is Sorrento sweets.

This is pretty new to a lot of people come here for like bakery or for pastries, a pottery barn right there.

Yeah, I'm just trying to catch up to candy.

Okay, good job.

Go the most busy smelling stuff.

Lots of good smells around here.

Huh?

We are right by bar Taco.

Mm hmm.

Okay.

So now we're across the street and checking out all the stores.

Mhm Snow Circle Shocks, which has these stores currently.

Yeah.

Take trips store.

Yeah.

Yeah okay if you need to use restrooms, they got restrooms right there.

Boom there's the plant store.

Leafy love affairs or if you love affair.

No s oh big one.

He just got out of leafy love affair with all the plants and I love that shop.

The owner was super helpful and teaching me which plants were low maintenance and which plants needed more sunlight because that's really something that I need because I'm a new house alone or I don't know that much about plants.

So I'm definitely gonna come back here and get something because it's actually fairly priced too.

I just love that.

She is very helpful in a way where she asked what kind of light comes into your house and she kind of like gauges what kind of work in your house.

Um Yeah so that's very very helpful for people like us who aren't you know uh avid planters or like we're not, you know especially candy is better than I am but they're not that much more but I'm a super beginner when it comes to plant.

So that was super duper helpful.

So make sure you stop by leafy love affair.

So that's leafy love affair right there and right next to it is another new shot or it's uh they call it A D.

Dessert boutique called cake to and I believe it's only reservations here.

I'm not really sure what their deal is.

And they just have like this dessert party it looks fine.

All right now we're gonna go to downtown Dogs which is a couple stores over and see if there's any cool stuff for kuma.

And then I think we're gonna go for lunch.

Yeah.

What do you want to uh do a triple berry?

Let's try the triple berry berry.

Gonna open it.

Oh sure.

Oh my goodness you mm she didn't just I know mm.

Mhm.

We got these delicious drinks, they're both non alcoholic.

This is it's called Magic Lemonade.

And that one was what was called a melon.

No one a melon.

Yeah both great flavor is not too sweet.

Look at this.

So yeah I got the classic burger with wagyu beef and fries and he got the organic chicken.

Right?

Yeah.

Yeah.

So we ended up eating at the meat market for lunch because on a weekday for lunch if you just walk up around noon um they can seek you with no problem.

We sat outside with kuma.

So it's dog friendly too which was really nice.

Uh The only thing was that we don't know what all the hype is about the meat market.

Our food is very average.

It wasn't bad, just bad But I didn't think it was anything like oh my gosh now I know where the one comes right was very average.

Yeah I really did like my drink.

That drink was really good drink.

Fantastic.

But I'm glad I tried it.

It is a nice ambiance in there.

So customer service, everything else was fantastic.

Yeah there's other stores here you can check out.

We're actually pretty much done now because we stayed here for about four or five hours.

I think it's a great place to hang out with your dogs.

All the stores we went to they were super friendly.

Even like the stores that's not a dog store.

They had treats ready.

Everyone is super friendly.

I had a really nice time.
