Today we're at the Americana at Brand which is in Glendale California which is basically like Pasadena right?

Yeah, it's not far from Pasadena and it's north of like Central L.

And the reason why it's called the Americana at brand is because we're on brand boulevard.

We decided to kind of do a post on this area because when we went to the Grobe, it seems like a couple of years ago already that post, it was pretty popular.

People are really interested in what stores are there, what the atmosphere was like.

So this location is actually like their sister.

Um it's owned by the same person who was Caruso Caruso.

And it's basically almost like especially the same but bigger here.

It is bigger at first I thought it was smaller but it's actually bigger because here they have over 80 stores.

And at the Grove they have about 50 stores.

Um you know, lots of Some unique places of stores and cafe they have here like the Amazon four stores stores.

So we want to kind of show you today like the stores that are unique here.

Of course they have like free people, anthropology Nordstrom.

Another thing that's different from this one um that they don't have the grove as they have luxury apartments here.

So there are people living on this property which I thought was interesting.

So when you drive into the parking structure, you'll see like, you know, they'll be parking spot prices for future residents.

Um and it's pet friendly just like the other one.

So um But just be mindful that there are no like ted weight stations.

So remember to bring your own uh waste bags.

So parking here they do have self parking garage but it is a little bit expensive.

And then after that it's $4 for like the next 25 minutes I think.

And then after that it's like a dollar for every 15 minutes which is pretty pricey.

Yeah and then $24 max you can get your parking validated at some select stores which was six.

Yeah as of now it's Nordstrom Anthropologie.

Apple three people, Barnes and nobles glass tables.

But it's like one of those kitchen gadget stores or if you spend $250 within your visit then the parking is free.

You just have to go to the concierge to give your receipts and then they'll validate it for you to have valet parking.

But it's obviously it's it's more expensive and that's $30 a day.

Also Candy said that there is a mall across the street called what is it called?

The Glendale galleria and it's an indoor mall has your typical express LTD like those types of stores or foot lockers.

And so don't get confused there parking garage actually you'll see it before americanas but you could park at theirs but I just be warned it's probably gonna be confusing where to exit and then to come over here, although outside it looks super simple but once you get in the structure it's a little confusing.

But I mean if you're gonna go to that place anyways, yeah, I mean just it's probably cheaper to park there too and then you can just walk right across the street so yeah.

Okay, well we're gonna do some shopping exploring.

That's right by the fountain that like styled like a sleeve.

Oh there's the baby bites which was gonna try.

But they it's not easy to get the let's do the banana bites if you're walking, those sort of small ones are good, but you're gonna sit down and eat it.

We got some brownie bites and look at how cute boxes we get excited about.

Today is that I was the only get in new Orleans or late lenders a place.

I like these mini Vice is the first time.

So I think you got some white powder by, wow.

All right this is the Samsung experience store.

I kind of want to check this out because I got a Samsung Washer and dryer and I'm gonna get their t.

Hey now they look oh that was like game insurance right wow.

Kind of funny but they're like it looks like a fan.
