  • Hi, my name is Melissa Loretta, and I'm gonna show you my mm sure.

  • Hi, my name is Melissa Ferreira and I'm going to share with you my nighttime skincare routine, something like that.

  • I've been doing press all week today included, which is why I am wearing all of this makeup.

  • The first thing that I do is I get the makeup off my face.

  • A great analogy that someone once told me was that what was it?

  • You don't, you don't pee with your pants on?

  • No, that wasn't it.

  • Something like that.

  • What I've been using to take my makeup off that is the most delicious thing ever, is the take a day off cleansing balm.

  • And I love it because it literally melts away your makeup and it feels like it's hydrating.

  • You has a very like jelly kind of feeling put some on my fingers.

  • Like so and I go for it.

  • It's important that your face is dry when you start putting this on, literally just yeah, lather it on your entire face, afraid to open my eyes and see myself right now.

  • Yeah, so this is it almost it also feels like an art project, but I love it and it really just takes everything off.

  • Who am Voula makeup off, That's so nice.

  • Okay, um after I use that, then I use this soap that I've been using for over a decade.

  • Um It's my, my dermatologist, um Sorry, that's the sink.

  • We'll wait.

  • Yeah.

  • Thanks.

  • Dex Oral cleansing cream.

  • I've been using it forever and I just use it to extra extra clean my face after I'm done with my makeup, put a little bit of soap on it.

  • I mean, so I put a little bit of water on the soap and then just go over your face.

  • I have a combination skin I think.

  • Not too dry, not too oily, it gets oily.

  • Er When I am wearing makeup, this is for like sensitive skin and doesn't do anything so I can open my eyes.

  • I have soap on them and they're fine.

  • Um No tears.

  • Oh yeah.

  • Yeah.

  • I totally forgot to say how many steps um because I don't know.

  • So after that I am going to shower and I will see you guys later so I'm back.

  • So fresh and so clean.

  • How lucky are we that we got to just shower, have a hot shower, hot bath whenever we want.

  • After that.

  • I like to use this clinic clarifying lotion exfoliator even though I already cleanse my face, wash my face and showered.

  • I still like to do this step because we always have dead skin cells that we don't even know about and it just helps you be your most radiant blowing itself.

  • What I do is that I take a cotton swab just like that two dips or three Feeling like three today and then just very gently go across the forehead.

  • Yeah.

  • T zone up avoiding the eye area.

  • Of course that way your chin mustache.

  • It's important nose and then up a neck.

  • Mhm.

  • Yeah.

  • Mhm.

  • And it feels like squeaky clean now.

  • Okay, what's next?

  • Living all the purple, right smart clinical retinal because retinol is good for a lot of things.

  • It helps slow the aging process.

  • It helps smooth out wrinkles.

  • It helps even with acne just smoothing out your skin.

  • They say to apply a pea sized amount but I just never trust the pea size.

  • I just think of pea size is not a lot and I just feel like it's never enough.

  • So what I do is that I take a piece size and I use it until it's gone and then if I need more, I put more on I put it here here my laugh lines have very pronounced laugh lines and just outside outside the bone, not you don't want to go too close to the eye because the skin around the eye is very sensitive and thinner.

  • So I tried to avoid.

  • But these are you know where the first lines start to appear around the eyes, the mouth and the full head.

  • Like I said, I ran out so I'm gonna use more and then what I like to do because I would like to let the retinal sink in before I apply my moisturizer is that I brush my teeth.

  • And I have been using uh electric toothbrush because I am very aggressive when I brush my teeth for some reason.

  • And for that same reason I use this parody on Tax toothpaste that is to prevent bleeding gums because I murder my gums every time.

  • And I cannot believe that I'm going to do this in front of you because this is actually the most embarrassing and disgusting thing that I do because I do not know how to brush my teeth nicely.

  • Like they do in movies, they're just like and they spit and then they're clean.

  • I like look like a rabid dog and I apologize in advance.

  • Rabbit dog.

  • Yeah.

  • Okay.

  • And now that I did that I put some oil on my hair and I love this.

  • I discovered it actually, this is the caritas Alexa.

  • You'll team.

  • I love this.

  • It says test or they sold me the tester.

  • That's how badly I needed it in Australia.

  • I discovered this one I was shooting screen because they dyed my hair and they died it lighter.

  • So they applied bleach and my hair felt dead.

  • And so I brush it out with my tangle teaser that I love lightly starting, you know, at the ends I treat my hair with so much love because I feel like my hair so thin that I just, it breaks my heart whenever I like rip the hair out or break my hair.

  • Fun fact.

  • Just kidding.

  • It's not, I never, ever, ever go to bed with my makeup on.

  • I can come home after a party very unaware of this entire situation and still take my makeup off.

  • I will wake up and I will have done my entire nighttime skincare routine.

  • Um That's how much I value skincare even when I'm not cognizant.

  • Um I just think it's so important, apply just locked it for travel.

  • Yeah, hold on.

  • I swear this works.

  • Here we go.

  • What, come on.

  • There we go.

  • Did it just two squirts?

  • That is like a what is that?

  • Whatever coin, wherever you're watching from, like a quarter sized amount.

  • And I put it like that on my fingers and it's like super shiny.

  • It's a very greasy oil and I just kind of like brush my hair with my fingers and with my poems and I try to stay from like the, you know, not my scalp, don't touch my scalp.

  • And then like at the end where I almost have nothing left, I just kind of go like this to put it in the rest.

  • But yeah, that's it.

  • And once I've done that and I let my, my retinal sinking, we're moving to my favorite part, my favorite product, which is the moisture surge from clinic.

  • This product is my holy Grail right now and it has a low water.

  • And I grew up using a lot of aloe as a home remedy for a lot of things skin included.

  • So I just love that.

  • This has that and it's a very um like jelly texture, super fresh and I just applying on like, so I do a little bit more cause I never forget the nick to it also upwards and, and I feel so do we and so glowy and this and the wonderful thing about this moisture surge is that you can also use it as a mask if you really want to like lay it on thick, you can leave it on for five minutes and then rinse it off last but not least because we're about ready to go to bed.

  • A lip mask.

  • Yeah, I've been using this lip mask for, I probably shouldn't say this, but this particular bottle, like this little container I've been using for almost three years.

  • I don't know if that's good or bad.

  • Go in with like my nail and I just put a little bit on there and then I do that.

  • Yeah, I have light on.

  • Mhm.

  • Like a bomb.

  • I'm ready for bed.

  • Thank you so much for coming to bed with me.

  • It was a pleasure.

  • Good night.

  • Wait, sorry.

  • Remember wanted to say good night, good night.

  • And also I wanted to invite you all to watch in the Heights In theatres and on HBO Max June 11.

  • All right, Good night.

  • Mhm.

  • Mhm.

  • Mhm.

  • Yeah.
