So for the past couple of weeks I've been still working with my apartment and I've got my filming background ready.

There's still quite a bit of work to be done with the apartments and once I do get it done, I promise you guys I will film an apartment tour.

But in the meantime, now that I've got my filming background ready, I want to get back into filming a lot of skincare videos for you guys.

Over the past year, I've been collecting a lot of skin care products to try out from japanese, skincare, korean, skincare, acne, oily skin, dry skin etcetera.

In today's video, we are going to be talking about food based skincare products so we all know with skincare food does have properties that work really well to enhance your skin.

So for example, there's oats, there's lemon that helps fade scars.

There's honey, which is a great ingredient, green tea avocado.

There are so many.

So in today's video, I'm going to be focusing on five different types of food.

And for each of these ingredients, there are three different types of skin care products that I am going to demonstrate and show you guys.

So in today's video, I am going to be talking about five different ingredients.

We've got rice, fig, mushroom caviar and ginseng.

First, let's talk about rice.

Rice is a skincare ingredients that can be found in different forms such as extract, water or oil.

It is known to have anti inflammatory antioxidant, brightening, hydrating and calming effects as it contains vitamins E.

And also minerals.

So rice based skincare products are suitable for use for all skin types, especially for dry and sensitive skin.

So the first product is a harrow harrow wanda black rice hyaluronic toner.

This toner has a watery texture for fast absorption.

So this is actually a japanese brand, not a korean one.

This is the only japanese product I'm going to be showing guys in this video, but it's got rice in it.

So this mask contains 100% japanese rice arrived, skincare serum, which is made from four kinds of rice derived ingredients.

So it provides deep moisturize ation and nourishment for your skin.

It's made with plenty of essence.

So when you open this up it's like soaking, which is great.
