They will find these images and they will take it from you.

Who can I trust?

These are local perpetrators, people that we know.

No one is safe from it.

The website exists to exploit and expose and share indecent images of women, some of whom are under age.

We were almost passed around like a set of trump cards or Pokemon cards.

Have you got any of this person that went to this school almost like predator?

Like it could be anybody still out there now that I walked past all that knows me really well, we've gone to school with them.

We shop at the same supermarket of them.

They know our first names.

They know where we work.

This is happening in every part, every corner of the U.

And beyond its worldwide.

Someone contacted me through Instagram and said, we're really sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

But there are these images of you on this horrible website.

My heart literally just sank.

I literally felt like someone had shot me.

Embarrassing, humiliating the images themselves.

They were taken from one of my private friends Facebook albums.

When I was on a girl's holiday when I was actually under 18.

Some images from my phone had been hacked or uploaded by other people.

I posted provocative images on a Web site, and then these images are taken from my sight.

No consent was given at all.

No one's got any control here.

There's photos taken off of my social media that are completely decent.

Nice photos of me they put next to the indecent photos of me so that people can recognize me.

I've even seen one of the threads which has screened, shuttered my mom's face but profile photo and said, Who wants to see photos of her daughter?

So people began recognizing people on the thread.

The link kind of spread like wildfire.

I recognize so many girls on their Everyone just started knowing about it and alerting each other people seeing who they knew in it and other people they knew on it.

Because it is such a small local community, it just started to snowball.

Lots of us contacted.

The police ultimately resulted in 30 reports being made to the police in one day.

I obviously went straight to the police.

Um, and I thought it was going to be as simple as getting those images, telling them I didn't want the images up there and that I hadn't consented to them and then being taken down.

However, that wasn't the case.

The police response was varied.

Some didn't get a follow up call at all and still haven't to this day.

Nearly 10 months later, it just seemed like it was already a close case.

The police have said that it's a hacking and there's nothing they can do.

We rely on the authorities and the police force to keep citizens safe.

And yet we didn't feel safe in our own town, so we felt quite alone.

So we started taking things into our own hands and we decided to establish what sap support group.

The only good thing about it was we were able to come into a group and have each other with support.

We've really banded together.

We've we've written letters to MPs.

We've written letters to the head of police force.

I feel 100% stronger than I did about it.

It really does make you defiant to actually make change.

It's about time that we stop slut shaming anyone that's been affected by this.

And we actually start pointing the finger at the people that are distributing these images.

It's not right.

We're not going away.

And we will progress with this.

This is a time to start fighting back and getting our power back again.

We are moving forward together as a collective.

We are teachers, nurses, working retail.

We're mothers and we are real people.

We won't be silenced.
