  • Okay, so they say they're going to give me a double push for speed.

  • Hold the camera.

  • Type three.

  • To what?

  • The idea.

  • Mm.

  • Yeah, I don't know.

  • Mhm.

  • Hi, guys.

  • Welcome to the episode.

  • Thanks for tuning in.

  • You may not know that American Ninja Warrior, that physical obstacle course show has actually taken its inspiration from Japan.

  • A show called Sask.

  • A ninja warrior back in the nineties.

  • It's a physical obstacle course where speed agility, mental aptitude allows you to navigate the course and try and get great scores.

  • We went to Forest Adventure Park in scuba, which isn't explicitly stated as an injured course, but it really does give you that feeling as you move through the treetops.

  • So I'll let it all get taken away by one of the wonderful hosts there who kept us safe and make sure that we had a fantastic time.

  • Uh, I don't know.

  • They can't.

  • Yeah, you know, there, Tokyo.

  • Yeah, activities.

  • You know what they say?

  • No one is born a ninja.

  • You must first complete a forest adventure park schoolbus on training course.

  • So that's exactly what we did.

  • And you learn really cool and interesting stuff.

  • like how not to die or fall screaming from the trees.

  • Fundamentals.

  • The course itself is a miniaturized version of everything that you'll see for the remainder of your day.

  • I needed the oki size.

  • Oh, well, Alright, guys.

  • So we're making our way through the training course now.

  • Obviously, there's a lot of dangers when you're this high up on the top of the trees.

  • So I'm going to do something at a lower risk level, not lower intensity.

  • We had the wonderful explanation.

  • Everything just sounds better in explanation of Japanese.

  • I don't know.

  • Thank you.

  • Mhm.

  • I've already messed up.

  • Okay, Very much stuff.

  • All right.

  • Okay.

  • Be better than me.

  • Yeah.

  • Mhm.

  • Mhm.

  • Not the best Stop.

  • It's what I stop.

  • Excellent work team.

  • It was terrible.

  • Clearly you were meant to be an action stunt double in another life.

  • It was awful the fact that I specifically touched, but I wasn't supposed to That the habit of yours, isn't it?

  • Having completed the training, I felt that I had finally arrived at Neophyte Ninja Warrior levels, albeit likely a more chunky version than the hosts were usually used to seeing.

  • I was happy to discover that when you did get set into the wild, the hosts don't shadow you.

  • They don't follow you around the whole time.

  • They're waiting on the ground and usually not far away.

  • So they can help you if you are in trouble.

  • But you get to feel like you're having your own personal experience so you can fit three of us up here at one time.

  • Look at the team.

  • Love and peace.

  • Dean is our first daring contestant to go across.

  • You can think of this as kind of like fall guys from PlayStation or on the other platforms, except we're using human beings to play the game.

  • Oh, okay.

  • I know you're supposed to use both, but now it's boring.

  • Nice moves.

  • Meeting.

  • Uh huh.

  • A good Saskia course will challenge every ability you have physically.

  • This one, I think, is designed to test my skill at running into trees tucked in Oh, in an effort to appreciate every aspect of scuba forest adventure.

  • Before I arrived, I did research not only on sas K, but on Japanese forests as well.

  • Keeping in the spirit of being a forest ninja.

  • I thought that best delivered while trying to navigate one of the more precarious, precipitous obstacles that we were to overcome.

  • Did you know?

  • See, I told you per capita, who has more forests than many countries in any development for?

  • Uh huh.

  • Its landmass is covered by 67% forests, which is far higher than the world average.

  • 27%.

  • Ah, man.

  • Oh, Okay.

  • 60% of the forest.

  • There's about 2000.

  • Study our natural accounting for old growth.

  • Ah, and only 40% are four plantation, but that may have dropped in the Internet.

  • Okay.

  • Uh huh.

  • Uh huh.

  • All right, now, talking about good times before to come here just to see the park in a different way.

  • The seasons.

  • I'm forgetting what time of year it is now.

  • So plum blossoms, they blossom before the sacra to.

  • And we were just told by the park manager that the next place that we go to has the longest zip line and also goes over top of the plum blossom.

  • So we're gonna get some really cool shots from that we're going to do in 120 p.

  • We're gonna get deadly slo mo let you guys bask in the beauty of the plum blossoms.

  • Let's do it, of course.

  • Four.

  • Longest zip line.

  • Let's go.

  • Yeah.

  • No, she doesn't.

  • Fantastic.

  • He's one of the hardest ones that I wasn't sure when I first arrived.

  • Here is a new move.

  • I'm gonna do this backwards.

  • If you get enough adventuring, I thought, Will there be enough courses?

  • And I can say with absolute certainty at this point that you will have more adventuring than you could ever even want in a single day and then some.

  • There's a huge variety.

  • There's so many different types.

  • It's not like you're doing the same thing the whole time.

  • And there's something here for everyone that loves being terrified in trees.

  • We have found two notable sections we have here.

  • I call this place Station road.

  • See the XC, the circle any of you guys get in the PlayStation five.

  • Let me know in the comments below, I'd love to, and we've definitely pinpointed the most difficult challenge today as the final and most demanding course, the fourth through everything in its arsenal that it had against us demanding traverse ALS steep, a sense challenge after challenge calling into question.

  • Were you really worthy of the title Treetop Ninja Warrior.

  • I probably wasn't because every time I tried to go at speed across one of the traverse ALS, it nearly always ended with me burning out and spinning about halfway through.

  • And having May and Dean wait patiently for me to finish, we're at the top.

  • We made it to the top.

  • The height.

  • We are very high up and there's the finish over there.

  • We're going for it.

  • So I'm gonna bring you with me.

  • Okay, so they say they're gonna give me a double push for speed.

  • Hold the camera.

  • Type three To what?

  • Yeah, Yeah, yeah.

  • Oh, okay.

  • How?

  • Yeah, fine.

  • Was this a lot of fun?

  • Yes, Absolutely.

  • It was.

  • Was that fun?

  • Only exceeded by the physical deficiency that revealed in myself to be a ninja warrior.

  • Yes, I would concede that that is true as well.

  • But I regret nothing.

  • It was an absolute blast in February.

  • Cool day.

  • Beautiful forest.

  • I can think a few better ways to spend your time.

  • If you find yourself in Iraqi, I do highly recommend one final big thank you to scuba Forest Adventure park for hosting us.

  • You guys were awesome, warm, kind and accommodating.

  • And for now, the clock has run out.

  • Thanks for watching guys.

  • I'll catch you in the next video.

  • Mhm.

Okay, so they say they're going to give me a double push for speed.
