President Joe Biden will virtually meet Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Tuesday at a time of strained relations between the close allies.

The White House on Saturday said the two leaders will discuss bilateral and global issues, including the pandemic response, economic ties and climate change.

On his first day in office, he revoked the permit for the Canada back Keystone 40 pipeline, blocking the $8 billion project that would transport carbon intensive oil sands crude from Alberta to Nebraska.
