And today, by popular request, I'd like to introduce to you my dog.

This is my dog kit.

He's a Japanese Shiba Inu.

He has sharp, pointy ears and a fox like face.

E got him when he was about six months old, and he will be two years old in May.

Shiba Inu are popular in Japan because they're loyal and dedicated family dogs.

This guy here really is one of my best buds.

He's always here, one of happy he's here.

What I'm sad kid brings me comfort by always staying by my side, even if he's busy doing something completely irrelevant to what I'm doing.

As pet owners, we sometimes take for granted all the benefits of living with our furry friends.

What was the last time that you thought about your pets?

Feelings experiment time.

So it's time for a little experiment.

These containers contain one cent that the dog enjoys, another sent that the dog does not enjoy.

Let's start with the sense that the dog enjoys smelling it.

It smells sweet, kind of like honey.

As you can see, he puts his nose right inside the container on.

He's taken the tissue.

Next, we have a smell that dogs don't like.

And as a human, that smells good.

It smells like perfume.

It smells like what?

I probably just put on my arms this morning.

He won't go near it.

This has been experiment time.

Things that we use every day, like perfume or shampoo or even cleaning products designed to make the room smell nicer Might actually be making your pet feel a little uncomfortable.
