There are a couple ways that you can help 'em,

and following the CDC guidelines of social distancing.

My partner and I went to the grocery store,

looked for some of the latest-expiring foods,

so those who are immunocompromised, and those

who are in the high-risk categories, over the age of 65.

It kind of felt like an adult game of ding-dong ditch,

So, if you know someone that you can help,

or if you have any neighbors that you know

those grocery stores that open an hour early for those,

but make sure you don't come in contact with them.

Carry your hand sanitizer if you have any,

there's nothing that we can do except for be alone together.
