When you think of a CEO of a company or of world political leaders, do you think of a man or of the woman?

Many of us see these positions as being held by men.

Gender inequality in our society is not uncommon, but we come across it every day without realizing it.

It is a visible fact in our society, and the same happens in Hollywood's industry.

According to the magazine The Atlantic, of the top 250 films of 2017 88% had no female directors.

83% had no female writers on 96% had no female cinematographers.

Just 23% of these films had a girl or woman as a main character.

But also there have been cases and accusations of sexual abuse in Hollywood reported against people related to the medium of cinema.

Accusations of sexual assault in the industry go back to 1921 but the issue reached an extensive media coverage after producer Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual abuse by more than 80 women.
