and today we're talking all about how to get rid of the double chin

so using facial exercises and facial yoga which is

we all know as we age unfortunately  that gravity is working against us

and of course are elastin and collagen levels

aren't at that level that we used to be able to produce them

at as were aging especially when women estrogen levels are declining

were not able to turn over that collagen elastin as well as what we did

in are youth so the great news is we can do this naturally with our facial
