- JESSICA: Peach lemonade.

- I'm trying, I'm trying.

- Interestingly, I'm not really concerned about

the bartenders themselves.

- The peach lemonade.

So, two peach lemonades and the one--you got it.

- My biggest fear is having Laura support them

effectively and in getting Victor to be able to

expedite in the kitchen.

- LAURA: Shaunda? - SHAUNDA: Yes, love?

- LAURA: Sorry, I need to place these two spicy margaritas

and wings.

Can I just do it from here?

- SHAUNDA: Yes.

You can go on either side of the computer.

- MAN: Chili chili nachos.

- Add the chili chili nachos to the ladies.

- JASON: Look at all these tickets.

Dude, come in--come in the kitchen.

Listen, I need you to run the food.

You're the owner of the restaurant.

[bleep], be an owner.

- We didn't order that. - No?

- [indistinct chatter]

- Wait, did you get the wings?

You get the chili fries.

- JON: Guys, we're really behind here.

We're starting to run, what, half-hour tickets?

We're unraveling out there.

You got to get this under control.

We've gotta get the room served.

Bartenders are good.

If we can support them, this will work.

- You had the peach, honey? - Thank you.

Pretty wild, pretty crazy.

Little intense, I'd say.

But I'm still putting a smile on.

You can only do so much.

- We're still waiting on the drinks over there,

but I'll bring them out once they're ready.

But I really do appreciate your guys' patience.

- ♪

- DEVON: I'm falling behind.

- It's okay.

- Somebody's gonna get the bar behind us.

Nobody got that whole leg.

- Let me just make this last drink, and--

- JON: Can one of you guys get that side?

- SHAUNDA: I'll be right there.

- How are we doing over here?

- [crowd yelling]

- You guys should sit on this side.

You guys are getting drinks, right?

- [crowd yelling]

- What do I have to do to get these people served over here?

- JON: This is crazy, we can't serve people over there.
