  • (Up Beat Music)

  • - Anybody on the crew, anybody in the cast,

  • can't talk about the show for five minutes

  • without mentioning Gator.

  • Gator is originally from near Santa Barbara,

  • he's a California boy,

  • by way of Louisiana Baton Rouge loop, learned to cook

  • and he now is essentially a restaurant.

  • - He's a staple.

  • - From the moment from crew call to wrap,

  • his restaurant is open.

  • - Yeah,

  • - He does.

  • - And we get to eat it for free,

  • - Whatever you want.

  • - And I think Gators appeared in the show

  • - A couple of times.

  • - In season, yeah, he was making bread.

  • - Yeah.

  • - A number of times outside

  • - He was outside when his Cowboy and I got into it

  • - yeah

  • - He gave Beth her sort of viral milkshake.

  • - Gator.

  • - Yeah.

  • - Would you mind making me a smoothie please?

  • - Sure, what kind of smoothie?

  • - Two scoops of ice cream,

  • three shots of vodka.

  • - Your smoothie Miss Beth.

  • (upbeat music)

  • - Bless you.

  • - Which Gator would for sure make for you if you ask.

  • - Right, when we're not working though.

  • - When we're not working.

  • - Little juice on the truck

  • - Yeah.

  • - Show us how you feel.

  • - You gotta do what you gotta do to get through the day.

  • (laughs)

  • - Um, but Gator is so great

  • because I think it is somebody that like,

  • that's what everyone looks forward to, you know?

  • And especially in the middle of the day, you see, you know,

  • we're in the middle of a scene and you see all this smoke

  • coming up and you're like Gator's cooking something up.

  • And then, when everyone's breaking down the set, you know,

  • and moving cameras around and stuff like that.

  • When I say like everyone, not us,

  • cause we're not capable of doing any of that.

  • - Can I have some Choco Chimps?

  • - Yeah, sure.

  • - That sounds pretty good.

  • How about two of those Gator?

  • - You don't want some tasty bacon, or I've got elk sausage?

  • - No I think Choco Chimps this morning

  • [Upbeat music]

  • - This is for the record,

  • - It's gonna be fine, Gator.

  • - No matter where we are, like, we'll be,

  • we'll be in the middle of nowhere,

  • no cell service like freezing fucking cold,

  • three in the morning and Gator will, pull up with like,

  • - His soup

  • - Yeah its unbelievable

  • - With a big tub of etouffee, gumbo and etouffee,

  • and like these giant five gallon,

  • - It gets you through those long nights.

  • - Yeah It really does, really does shout out to Gator.

  • - Yeah.

  • [Upbeat music]

  • - Mm, that's how you make a fuckin' biscuit.

  • [Upbeat music]

- What the?
