Go to the Gmail, log in screen and type in your account Name.

Tap Forgot Password.

If you remember a previous password, type that in.

If it's correct, you'll be able to sign in and change your password.

If it's incorrect or if you hit, try another way you'll trigger Google's authentication.

If you have a backup account set up, you'll get a confirmation coat their press send.

If you don't receive a notification or want to use a different method, click.

Try another way again at the bottom of the screen.

When using your phone number, you can choose to get your coat over a text or call plug in the code and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you don't have a phone number attached to the account, you'll need to click.

Try another way a third time.

Enter an email address you do have access to Google will review the issue within a few days.
