  • Hi, everyone.

  • My names Liz Stinson and I have the pleasure of working at Latrobe University.

  • Latrobe is university in the southern part of Australia in the state of Victoria, and we have five campuses are largest.

  • One is in Melbourne, but we also have campuses across Northern Victoria because we provide services on educational opportunities to students from all over the state.

  • Um, we have about 30,000 students, of whom approximately 6000 are international students.

  • So if you have an opportunity to come to a trove or if you'd like to learn more, you'll you'll find it.

  • A university that's got a very wide range of courses.

  • But there's not on, and there are courses available on every campus that we think will be of interest.

  • We've got courses in business and law and management courses in, um, Dentistry in pharmacy.

  • In psychology, we have some in science and technology, biotechnology, biomedical science on nanotechnology courses, also in the humanities and social sciences, which is one of our strengths, including a number of language courses.

  • So we'd certainly welcome international students.

  • It's a very cosmopolitan environment.

  • We do want to know more about students cultures and allow that to happen through things like student clubs that are based on countries of origin, multicultural events and opportunities to mix with Australian students.

  • We also have quite a lot of sporting activities at Latrobe.

  • And so for those of you interested in things like football or soccer or ah, badminton, there are those opportunities as well.

  • We are entry requirements are, by Australian standards, quite quite straightforward.

  • We welcome all English language tests, for example, particularly total.

  • And if you have been successful on a Tofel test in meeting our requirements than a swell a czar academic requirements than you'd be more than welcome to come again.

  • If you need any more information, do get in touch with us.

  • Thanks very much.
