  • might go ahead.

  • Hey, a d You had to go in early in Chicago tonight.

  • LeBron seem to be hot from the start.

  • Just what did you see from him?

  • And when he's hot like that.

  • How do you adjust your game if it all on the offensive end?

  • Um, yeah.

  • I mean, we get out the way.

  • Yeah, he's at home.

  • So I had to go in Chicago.

  • I was at home.

  • No, he come back.

  • Uh, he's at home.

  • He gets it going early.

  • So, um, that's what it is.

  • I mean, we're just playing like that.

  • It's It's fun.

  • It's fun to watch, you know?

  • It is amazing.

  • See shots making shots, tape.

  • He's a He's a hell of a player.

  • Great player.

  • Uh, you know everyone's general chair for me Back at home, I you know, we missed the last year, So you get a chance to come back and and scored 45 46 or something like that.

  • Um, back at home.

  • So it is.

  • It's fun to watch, but I think everyone else we we made shots fall open the floor up.

  • Uh, and when we made a couple of those shots, he was able to have a paint.

  • Um, he was able to have a jumper, you know, gets that line.

  • He had whatever you wanted.

  • Um, and he carried us through the winter.

  • You know, if you're not having an efficient night or your typical night on offense, do you Do you double down even that much more defensively?

  • Or I guess you always bring it on the right.

  • But is that something that you think?

  • Hey.

  • All right.

  • I gotta make sure to contribute this way on this end.

  • Um, yeah.

  • I mean, I pick it up more defensively are Mm.

  • Try the office.

  • The rebound.

  • I'm trying to set good screens, uh, to get other guys open.

  • Um, just try to do the other other things that maybe you don't show up in the mark score.

  • So I'm trying to find other ways to impact the game and, uh, let and let the offensive side just come naturally.

  • Thanks.

  • 80 LeBron had that block on Colin.

  • That was the block.

  • After the challenge, there was the turnaround shot on the baseline.

  • There was the logo.

  • Three.

  • Was there any moment in that kind of run?

  • He had that.

  • That really stuck out to you, like Okay, he's really locked in.

  • This is a special night for him.

  • E underway and 19 in the 1st 17.

  • The first, or something like that was over.

  • They're like, is one of those nights for him?

  • Um, it was getting to the basket.

  • He was hitting his three, um, you know, getting to the mid range, hitting his turn around.

  • So, hey, wasn't missing here a very efficient game.

  • Wow.

  • Then late in the game, you say, Hey, I think three threes, uh, got to the basket.

  • Got the steel for the dark.

  • Um, so he was It was everywhere on the floor, making shots from everywhere about their first quarter I knew was Well, idea.

  • Um, I know you, uh, are sort of a perfectionist and probably already thinking about next game.

  • Especially when it comes to your defense.

  • Um, what gave you guys the most problems that the Cleveland was able to do?

  • Was it the pace?

  • Was it the rim pressure?

  • Where was the biggest pressure for you guys?

  • Um, I think they it might be number one in the league and deflections and forcing turnovers.

  • And we're, um, kind of fit into that in the first half.

  • I got a lot of deflections.

  • We have a lot of good looks in the third quarter way.

  • Just missed a lot of water with shots, but, um, you know, in their pace Well, you know that they got a lot of young guys that play fast.

  • I'm starting with Colin section who push the ball up the floor.

  • Um, you know, find guys and, uh, awesome and, you know, got hot from from three.

  • Find out pence down screens and things like that.

  • So, um, they're young team, They play hard, they play fast, um, get out in transition, They force turnovers.

  • And we had a lot of We had a couple turnovers early.

  • That kind of got them going.

  • And 80 obviously, LeBron did what LeBron did.

  • But, um, how important were those Kuzma offensive rebounds in the fourth quarter?

  • And then, like some of those Caruso deflections and steals, it seems like those plays when you guys were really sputtering.

  • Kind of kind of kept giving you a little life.

  • Yeah.

  • Big time place.

  • You know, that's what cool dio crash the offensive glass all the time.

  • I think he got three on one possession and kicked it out A C I think they see is the three.

  • Um, they had one on the other end the first half?

  • Well, you see, you know, pressure on the ball, no collar drives to the basket.

  • He gets a strip late in the game.

  • So all those plays are huge plays and Momenta boosters for us, Especially when we're kind of going back and forth with the team and we kind of Wow, we're standing on 100 for a while.

  • We scored.

  • Are you sure?

  • It's kind of no.

  • Keep us ahead.

  • And you know those big offensive rebounds.

  • Cool.

  • So, um, you know, two guys who don't get highlighted enough, but they do all the dirty work force for sure.

  • Two more, Bill or a D.

  • In this year and a half, you've played with LeBron.

  • What have you learned about him and what separates him?

  • I mean, you're you're universally considered a top five player in the league.

  • Also, um, you know, and all these other guys around the league, But what is it that you, in your opinion, separates him from some of the other superstars?

  • in the league and that he's able to go out, do the things he does.

  • Um, I've been played with any other, you know, top guys in the league.

  • So I can't I don't know what those guys do on tell you what I see you know, from it's probably the same that everybody else say, but, um, just being here, being around him Oh, you know, the way he block stand on the game on the team, studying their plays, Um, you know what they like to run, you know which point in the game?

  • Um, personnel, Uh, you know, he's always watching film.

  • You watch a film or No, it's how to get better.

  • Oh, you know, you kind of see things before they happen on um, Like I said, I can't say other top players do it because I don't I'm not around him.

  • I can't I can't say that.

  • But, um, he's very professional.

  • Um, he wants to win on being here in a year and a half.

  • You know, I said every day Last question.

  • Kara Jones.

  • What's happening?

  • I d a za player who's a za players as a player like yourself who does things that that might not make the status she, you know, have beneficial.

  • Is it for you, Thio thio to know that you're still impacting the game of the high level that your stats don't make you see?

  • Yeah.

  • I don't care about winning way win.

  • I'm fine.

  • Let's say Bron had it gone tonight.

  • Um, you know, I had to go into Chicago and Brian kind of, you know, it was like here a d on.

  • You know, IM said his friends him get him open, get him to mismatches so he could go toe work.

  • You know that Z what we do, you know, we complement each other very well.

  • And, you know, meeting one of us is is, you know, jealous of the other guy.

  • You know, we try to find other ways toe impact a game.

  • You know, Bron in Chicago was talking on defense, getting deflections, getting out in transition, finding the right guy for we're opening the reason, um, tonight I'm trying to do it on defense event, uh, rebounding, blocking shots.

  • Um, you know, pressure in the guards, make them take tough shots at the rim, you know, protecting the paint.

  • Oh, setting screens for him to get him mismatch because he's at home.

  • So, uh, you know, we just try toe.

  • That's our entire team.

  • To be honest, way tryto, you know, do things that don't score.

  • Really Don't show up in a in the stat sheet, um, to help us win on, you know, that's that's how we wanna win way Gotta be ableto impact the game Other than scoring on, I think everyone on this team thank you.
